I stayed on a business trip using the Aisato Gunma Project (a discount provided to guests with addresses near Gunma Prefecture who present proof of three PCR tests).When paying at check-in, I noticed that the amount written on the receipt and the payment card details were different. We pointed this out on the spot, but they explained that in order for us (Pearl Hotel) to use the Aigo Gunma system, we would have to send a receipt for more than the specified amount to the prefecture. I get the impression that this is done customarily.I have used the Aigo Gunma Project to stay at other accommodations in Kiryu City many times during this coronavirus pandemic, but this is the first time I have stayed at this hotel or been treated.I told them that other accommodations charge the same amount for the receipt and card, but they don't know anything else.The company does not have any doubts about the discrepancy between the receipt and the amount debited, and the company's attitude of not worrying about the impact on the users as it does not affect the company leaves us with nothing but anxiety as a service industry. I feel that the message is that the benefits to Pearl Hotel are given priority over hospitality to guests.Anyway, I basically asked them to confirm the guidelines on how to use the subsidy system (as there is a call center in charge of the Aisato Gunma Project), but the customer (I) had to call there and have the prefecture call Pearl Hotel. I was told that if they found out that my statement was correct, they would send me a receipt by mail.I cannot recommend Pearl Hotel Kiryu to businessmen who are about to go on a business trip to Kiryu for the first time, as well as to experienced travelers.There are various other accommodation facilities in Kiryu City, but currently there is no hospitality facility like this one.In terms of non-human interior, there are obviously no amenities (only one cup of tea powder) and the Wi-Fi speed is slow. The quality of the toilets is as others have said. The air conditioner was loud and for some reason stopped working at night, making it hard to sleep and cooling my eyes, and there was no deodorizing spray. Breakfast is included, but there is no information on where to eat. There are no small tables where you can work on your computer.Even if the hardware is old or there are not enough people, if you are honest and polite, it will be attractive and valuable, but I do not recommend going out of your way to make yourself tired after work.

Although it can't be helped that the equipment is old, I was left wondering how clean it was.I felt that the reception was not very pleasant as I was wondering if there was someone at the front desk or not.

I stayed there as part of the Aisato campaign.Although it has a history, it was kept clean and it was a comfortable stay.I booked a non-smoking room, but there was an ashtray match in the room and it smelled like cigarettes, so I guess it was a smoking room?

The building is old.The location is good as there are Megadon Quijote, Denny's, and convenience stores nearby.The bath and toilet are attached to the room, and it's spacious enough that I think it's a bit of a waste.There was a refrigerator, and one of the two times I stayed there also had a freezer. (Maybe it's a room grade issue?)The first time you ride an elevator, you're probably surprised.It shakes violently at unexpected times.If you are interested, please come and stay and experience it for yourself (lol)
