Second visit. The first time I stayed in a room called Hagi, and this time I stayed in Fukujuso. Both rooms are open to the public square, and the view from the room is a very nice view of the Shima River. Both rooms also had open-air baths, which were large enough to accommodate two adults. This time we stayed with a 6-month-old baby, and the room was equipped with a Bumbo, an outlet cover, a trash can for diapers, an electric kettle, and a futon for the baby. You can also borrow a baby bath if you ask at the front desk. You can also ask the staff to sterilize baby bottles in the microwave.Strollers can also be left at the entrance. It was my first time traveling with a baby, so I was a little nervous, but they prepared everything for me and made my stay very comfortable.Recommended for people with babies. Many of the staff members were foreigners, and they all served customers courteously. The food was also delicious. The duck I received as a baby was also very happy!I would like to stay again. The photo is of Fukujuso's room.

The interior of the room was nice, but you could only see the roof next door. The staff's response is good.Someone who is thought to be the boss scolds the staff even though there are customers. To make matters worse, I never wanted to go there again because they told me to go home early.

The open-air bath in the guest room is the best! !Perhaps because of the times, the service staff were working hard from overseas! It's great that you're working hard, but I feel like it's a little weird to pay attention to yourself at an inn where you can relieve your fatigue.Dinner was average in appearance, quantity, and taste! 😎The additional river fish sashimi and ayu and rockfish kamameshi were delicious! It was a good deal to compare sake!Breakfast is a typical breakfast🍚It would have been great to have natto or tofu made in hot springs...The quality of the spring water was good, and the large public bath was right in front of the river! ✨You can also drink the hot springs! The customer service was a bit difficult, but it wasn't to the point where I felt bad about it, the prices were reasonable, and the overall experience was great!

We stayed on a plan for 30,000 yen per person that included Joshu beef steak for dinner and an open-air bath in the room.Personally, there were a lot of things I was concerned about considering the price, and I didn't think I'd want to visit again.◎Good points・View of the river flowing right next to the inn・Customer service by foreign staff. As other people commented, I was impressed with the courteous service.・The steak, carp sashimi, and deer sashimi were very delicious.・The open-air bath attached to the room is really hot. I don't really care about insects either.・Amenities were plentiful. The luggage basket for going to the bathroom was large and easy to use.✕Bad points・The landlady and staff are so busy checking in and checking out that they are not able to coordinate well. It was a mess, so I took care of it.Several people had different timings, and there was confusion in storing luggage, loading and unloading customers' cars, and paying bills. All the customers were standing and waiting in line, but since we had a lobby with a view of the river, I thought it would be a good idea to seat them there first and attend to each group one by one.I understand that the staff is busy and difficult with only a few people, but they don't even say hello when paying the bill or leaving the hotel. I didn't feel the courteous customer service typical of a ryokan.・At check-in, you will be asked to decide whether to add/upgrade the drinks or menu for dinner.I guess they want to know early because of preparations, but I don't think there's a need to ask at this timing when other customers are also waiting. Honestly, I felt it was unfashionable and boring.Since I'm here to relax, I wanted to move to my room first. I think it would be better to listen to the explanation or read the paper in your room afterwards.・When I went to the public bath around 16:00, there were insects in the open-air bath. I'm so curious... I quickly moved to the indoor bath. However, I couldn't find it around 11pm after replacing the bathroom. I was able to enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind. Did you clean it when you replaced it?I think it can't be helped to some extent since it's summer, it's close to a river, and it's open air, but I think it can be managed depending on how often you clean it.・I was surprised at how small the TV in the room was.

The rooms and location were good, but the service was poor.Even though I informed them at the time of reservation that my wife was pregnant and requested that the dinner be free of living things and alcohol, both were served. They changed it to a replacement product on the spot, but since the baby's life is at stake, the service is only 1 star. The apology was a quick one, so I didn't feel good about it.I won't be visiting againThe rooms and location were good.

I used it in mid-June.In conclusion, it's a very good inn.▼Good points・The view from the guest room is spectacular・The view from the open-air bath is also great・Staff's customer service is very good・There were some foreign staff members, but they were good at Japanese so there were no inconveniences.- Plenty of amenities in the large public bath・There is a tea set in the room▼Not good・The food was average and the soup was very delicious. The tamagoyaki was bland and gave the impression that it was just one step away.・The private bath has a great view, but you can see it from the outside. It's too hot to soak for long.・The walls of the room are thin and you can hear the noise from next door.

I stayed in the "Fukujuso" room. It was very clean and well kept. The open-air bath in the room is open and very comfortable. It is along the mountain and river, so you can see the river flowing nearby. In addition, at night, it is lit up just right, like the midnight sun, and the open-air bath has a different atmosphere than during the day. I thoroughly enjoyed the bath. It felt a little hot, but I took a shower to cool it down. (I like warm water, so I think the hot water is just right for normal use.) The amenities in the room are well stocked, from makeup remover to emulsion. Also, the temperature of the public bath was low, so I was able to soak in it for a long time. The meal seemed to mainly consist of game food, but since I told him that I don't like game, it was just normal food. I ordered about three special dishes, but if I didn't order them, I might feel a little unsatisfied. (It might be different if the course was just a gibier dish.) Overall, I think it's a very good inn.
