Manza has been to the hot springs at the Manza Kogen Hotel several times with Prince, but this was his first visit. Not only is the bathing fee only 500 yen, but you can soak in the high-quality Manza hot springs. The appearance of the building, which retains the atmosphere of a spa and conveys the atmosphere of the Showa era in a good way, was a big hit for me.There is one indoor bath and one outdoor bath. Apparently the open-air men's bath is a mixed bath, but my partner who was with me couldn't enter the mixed bath without passing through the men's changing area, so I didn't go in, probably because it was embarrassing. On the day I visited, the indoor bath was an easy-to-use temperature, compared to the hot outdoor bath. This is a hot spring that I would like to come back to during the autumn foliage season.

I stayed at Manza Onsen in June of last year. I guess it's good for a quiet time. It's really quiet, and even in the summer you can spend the whole day without an air conditioner. Please open the window 😉When I stayed in the new building😍 in the morning, I was comfortable with a futon and a blanket for my feet. When I woke up naturally around 5am and opened the window, it was cool. The voices of birds such as nightingales are so beautiful! Ah, I want to stay here forever. andThat's what I thought. Both the hot spring ♨️ and nature were a great way to relieve stress.Next year, I would like to stay in midsummer. Because it's hot down there 💦 lol...

The open-air bath here is wonderful, and I visit it on a day trip if I feel like it.It's 500 yen.For day trips, stay until 4:30 p.m.If you go from spring to autumn, it's recommended because you don't have to pay anything and it's right from Kusatsu. The building has a great atmosphere. The reception is also very elegant.Valuables must be kept at the reception. There are only baskets in the changing room. The parking lot can accommodate about 6 cars in front. When I asked the inn, all I could see was the hotel's gravel parking lot across from the roadside station, but they said there were about 20 parking spaces in front of the hotel. You can place it.There is only one indoor bath.Garan is a cheerful person with a lot of spirit. The indoor bath itself can accommodate about six people.Large open-air bath outsideThe open-air bath from the men's bath is a mixed bath. There are quite a few wives who take baths in the bathtub. So does my wife ^_^Apparently there is an open-air bath for women only.It felt so good that after spending about 2 hours in the open-air bath in early spring, my back was sore from sunburn for about 3 days. Please be careful as the altitude is high.

It was THE Manza Onsen!I took a bath during the day. It's cheap at 500 yen per person. It is a white turbid sulfur hot spring. There's a slight sulfur smell, but it's not that strong. When I pressed the bell at the reception desk, no one came out for several minutes (I heard noises coming from somewhere), and no one showed me to the bathroom.I decided to head there while looking around. The women's bath was quite crowded, so I went to the mixed bath. This place was reserved. The bathtub was deep, clean and relaxing. The hot water was nice, so I want to come again. However, the guest room I glimpsed looked a little strange, so I don't think I'll stay there. I thought it might be for hot springs.I want to go again! I've been to many hot springs all over the country, but for me, this one is pretty high on the list!

Natural hot spring water. I visited an inn that was featured in a hot springs book for a day trip. The sulfur is so strong that it stings the skin. It's quite hot. If you are not used to taking long baths, you need to be careful.
