I stayed alone for 11,000 yen including breakfast, but I used a coupon and ended up staying for just 10,000 yen.The parking lot is adjacent to the inn, but there is no signboard indicating that it is a parking lot, so it is difficult to tell (I was wondering if I really should park here). Is there a gravel road to the entrance as shown in the photo? I'm going through a place like this, but the road is narrow. The path is only wide enough for one person, so it is not suitable for bringing strollers etc. (see previous reviews). When I entered the building, I was asked to take a copy of my driver's license, so when I asked why, I was told that they wanted to contact other guests and employees in the event of a coronavirus outbreak. [You can decline as it is optional. ]Next, the atmosphere of the room, the size is about 10 tatami mats? (If you are interested, please check the website), and there was no problem with the size. There was also WIFI, and I think the speed was 50Mbps. It feels like it's neither good nor bad. There were two other guests besides me, so I thought the line might be busy during the high season. There is a charge for bringing your own food, but to tell you the truth, I wasn't charged. I'm taking my trash home with me.I left the can of sake and the bag of potato chips behind and went to eat breakfast, and when I returned, the futon had been tidied up, so I was definitely aware of it, but nothing was found.Animate includes toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, and bath towels. There is a shaving facility in the public bath. There are two types of yukata, the first one being a regular ankle-length type. The second one only had the upper body on, and I couldn't find any pants. There were also about 6 hangers, so there was no problem. The view is hopeless. I can't really see anything. (Should be given up due to location)The public bath is normal. There are four showers and one large bath. The scenery is hopeless *2nd timePlease see the first photo for dinner. The taste is average, but you get free refills of white rice. The amount of side dishes is huge. Although it is advertised as Japanese cuisine, it is just average. If you want to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine, stay somewhere higher up.The secret is that you can stay at a reasonable price.Next, at night, I don't think you should expect too much soundproofing. From my experience, if there are noisy customers on the same floor, it will be crowded.Fortunately there were not many guests so there was nothing there. Please see the second picture for breakfast. It's no different than dinner.Good: Cheap, recommended for single occupancy. Feels like an old-fashioned inn. Is it run by an elderly couple? He was very personable.Disadvantages: The scenery is disappointing. No soundproofing. The road to the entrance is narrow.

Pets allowedBreakfast included24-hour hot spring bathing availableI think I made the right choice in choosing this hostel as the owner was a dog lover and my children stopped by.If you are having trouble finding a pet-friendly accommodation near Ikaho, you can find one online and make an instant reservation.A sleepover with the whole familyI took a long bath in the hot spring at a comfortable temperature, and I also took a good morning bath.Breakfast is also easy to eat in small bowls, which I think women will appreciate.

A copy of your driver's license will be taken at the reception. This was the first time I had been asked to present something like this at a place to stay, so I was disappointed. The approach to the entrance has gravel and stepping stones, so be careful when entering with a stroller. There are plenty of notes to keep in mind during your stay in the room, which really shows the personality of the owner. There is a notice that you are not allowed to bring anything in and that you will be charged an additional fee, but there was no explanation and I felt uneasy.Since I had some trash to bring with me, I didn't want to be charged extra, so I took all of my trash home with me.The bath was extremely hot, it felt like 46 degrees, so I couldn't relax in it.It's just an indoor bath and the view isn't great at all.Dinner was thin pork cutlet and soup. In the morning, I had natto and lots of pickles. Dinner is okay, but breakfast is full of foods that my child doesn't like, so I don't think he can eat it.All the staff are elderly, perhaps because there is no successor. Will it be closed in 10 years? ?This accommodation is far from what you would call hospitality, so I think it's a bit difficult for modern people.I think the accommodation fee is 7,000 yen per person. The only good thing was that there was Wi-Fi. However, reception was poor at night, probably because there were so many people using it.Although the inn is generally run-down, it is well maintained. To put it bluntly, it was an inn with a good old Showa atmosphere.People from the Showa era and those in their 50s and above may be happy.

Thank you for taking care of us with our pets.It was an inn where you could leave your pet in the room, so I was able to eat dinner and breakfast in peace.During that time, both the owner and the separated dog were able to relax in the room. The owner loves dogs, so he took great care of her.At checkout, we received a handmade walking bag.The accommodation fee for dogs is 0 yen.

24-hour hot spring ❗ Cheap accommodation rates because we are far from the Ikaho hot spring town. Dinner is charming 😅 It's a good deal if you can enjoy a hot spring with two meals per night lol
