The customer service was generally good, but there was no air conditioning, the screen door was torn and a lot of insects were coming out, and there was a lot of hair stuck to the razor and hair brush in the bathroom that I didn't know who had used it.I regret choosing it just because of the price. I felt sick.

I used Minshuku Kurata on a touring trip. It's reasonably priced (6,500 yen at Jalan), and there are half meals with seasonal ingredients (tempura, etc.).As I was the only male staying there, I didn't particularly like it, but women might be reluctant (facilities-wise). However, the wife was friendly and I think it was a good thing.@Alcohol and drink vending machines are available, but there are no snacks, so it's better to buy some!@There is also a bath shop nearby.Shirogane Onsen...I forgot

It's a repeat. The landlady is very friendly and easy to talk to. The price is cheap and I think it's okay if you stay overnight without meals. However, there are some rooms that don't have a TV, so it's a waste of time if you go there.

I gave it 4 stars because the price is low. This is for people who want to ski and want to stay at a cheap price.The facilities are reasonable for the price, but you can drink coffee for free. (It means there is instant coffee powder.)Please note that there are some areas where the cleanliness may be affected. There are also stink bugs.It's close to Marunuma Kogen and offers lift discount tickets and 500 yen discount parking tickets. Parking is usually 1000 yen, but if the second parking lot is full, it is free. At that time, the hotel will refund your money. We also have discount tickets for other places such as Oze Iwakura, so please ask.

When I went to Katashina for work, I stayed here because it was the cheapest price. I tried to lay out the futon in the closet myself, but I was a little reluctant to do so due to hygiene reasons. Since it was December, I had no choice but to lay down my futon, but there was a smell that seemed familiar to me. I deodorized it with Fabry◯ that I had, but later three stink bugs and a few larger bugs appeared. There were no tissues in the room, so I took some toilet paper from the bathroom and flushed it down the toilet. Also, the outlet was occupied by the TV and the heater, so I couldn't charge my cell phone, etc., so I borrowed a 3-outlet outlet from the front desk. Not recommended if you are concerned about hygiene.
