I used it the night before sightseeing in Oze. Please be careful if you are planning to stay in the middle of summer as the room does not have an air conditioner. I stayed in mid-September and it was cool enough to sleep without an air conditioner. It was a great accommodation to use as a base for sightseeing in Oze, as we were shuttled to the bus stop for Oze and allowed to take a hot spring bath for free after descending the mountain. If you are leaving early in the morning, you can change your breakfast to rice balls.

On my way back from Oze, I wanted to take a day trip to the hot springs, so I stopped by for the first time. The inside of the building is tidy and clean. The bath was a nice cypress bath and there was also an open-air bath.Next time I would like to come and stay during the snow season. thank you very much.

I came alone. It's quiet and comfortable! The zaru tofu for dinner was delicious. The amount was just right and it was good. I booked a plan that included transportation for the Oze hike, so I had the hotel's car take me halfway! I don't have a car, so this was a great help! When you return from Oze, you can take a hot spring bath at the inn and relax until the bus returns. The host was very kind, and I would like to stay here again when I go to Oze.

I used it for Oze hiking. Good location, about 5 minutes from Oze Daiichi Parking Lot. Although the building looks old, it was kept clean. The man at the reception desk was businesslike, but I didn't have a bad impression. I knew from other reviews that there was no air conditioning, so I brought an ice pack, and it turned out to be a good idea. Due to the high altitude, the temperature was around 20 degrees Celsius on the night of August 14th, but the whole building was so hot that we couldn't get by with just a fan. It got a little cooler from late night to early morning, so I was able to sleep. Therefore, if you are sensitive to heat, I think it is essential to take measures against the heat, such as wearing ice cream. The food was nostalgic country cuisine and went well with the local sake. Freshly cooked rice is also great. I chose a plan that included lunch, so it was amazing to eat rice balls with the spectacular view of Oze! After descending the mountain, I was able to use the hot springs to warm up my body, which had gotten cold from the rain, and was able to return home feeling refreshed. I would like to stay again in the fall. thank you very much.

I stayed here after walking around Oze. The food is delicious and the rooms are clean, although a little old. I was happy that there was a system that allowed me to use the hot springs whenever I wanted.Generally speaking, the area was cool and there was no air conditioning, only a heater, but as expected from the heat of this summer, the building itself was getting hot, and I had a hard time sleeping at night, and it was only after the rain that it cooled down.

Recommended for beginners 🔰 of Oze trekking.Highway buses are convenient for traveling from the metropolitan area.I stayed on a plan that included dinner and breakfast. On the day of the trip, they picked us up at the bus stop and took us to the hiking entrance, which was really helpful. The food is delicious, and the bath can be reserved for private use on weekdays.

I used it for climbing Mt. Shibutsu. I made a reservation for a plan that includes two meals and a bento box. The food was made with plenty of local ingredients and was very delicious. It was also nice to have a wide selection of local sake. Also, they provided transportation between the Oze Tokura bus stop and the inn, which was very helpful. This is an inn with excellent service for climbers.

I arrived the day before to climb Mt. Shibutsu. It was a shame that the hot spring boiler was out of order and the men and women were mixed up, but other than that it was a wonderful stay.Summer is tough without an air conditioner. However, the hot springs are open 24 hours a day, so if you're sweaty, it might be okay to take a hot spring. I want to enjoy the luxury of doing nothing.
