I made a reservation on short notice, so I decided on the price without knowing why. After arriving, I requested to change from a non-smoking room to a smoking room, and they happily changed it. The front desk staff was very accommodating. The meal was Kaiseki cuisine and was more than enough for us in our 60s. I couldn't make it to the food.I had a buffet breakfast and ended up eating more than usual. It was a very quiet place, so I would like to stay there again.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of 6 (children ages 4 and 0).The guest rooms are separate log houses. The inside is clean and perfect. All the water that comes out of the faucet is drinkable (at the same level as mineral water), so that's a good thing. There is an ice machine on the 3rd floor of the main building, a washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor, and a rest room on the 2nd floor for your convenience. The food is delicious. I think the children's lunch will be delicious and fill their stomachs. In the summer, we recommend buying fireworks at the store and asking the front desk to set off fireworks in the courtyard.Although we have made it barrier-free. If you use a wheelchair or stroller, stay in the main building. The barrier-free connection between the log house and the main building is poor (although it is unavoidable due to the structure). There is no problem if you make a big turn, but if you are making a reservation at a log house, it is better to assume that.

This is a splendid hot spring hotel located deep in the mountains. I'm from this neighborhood, but I didn't know about this hotel. It seems to be part of the Forest Resort chain that is often used in Yugawara and other areas, so the food was delicious and the hot springs were spacious and comfortable. However, there is little guidance on the road from the national highway to the hotel, making it a mountain road that can be quite unsettling for first-timers. Please be careful as there are parts of the road that are so narrow that you cannot pass each other. It was very cheap to use just before weekdays. I want to use it again.

On the way there was a pretty remote place. Was it after the castle? ? The room had a very strange and interesting design. The room was simple and the food was better than I expected.I think the bathroom needs a little more work.

Stayed at the lodge during Golden Week in May.The lodges are far apart from each other, so it was very quiet and relaxing 😊The view of the forest from there and the open-air bath in the main building were soothing.A few large stink bugs appeared, but the environment is good and it's a seasonal issue, so if you only get away with a few, I think it's a good idea to take precautions. We have all the amenities, so all you need to do is bring a change of clothes.I forgot something on the way home, but they sent it to me by mail, so I think this is a very kind inn.

Although it is a single house in the mountains, there are plenty of facilities available and the building is well maintained. Unfortunately, due to a complete lack of staff, the food servers were not served on time at all.
