The three of us stayed in a family bungalow for two nights with our 10-month-old son. The bungalow is really nice, clean, and the view is fantastic. Unfortunately, the age of the accommodation is already noticeable. The closet doors were unhinged and the balcony was weathered. Cosmetic repairs would have to be carried out again. Otherwise everything was great.

This place was amazing. The staff was so helpful. We got here late because 325 was closed and google got us lost. They stayed late to let us in!I am heavily tattooed and they called the hot spring down the road to see if we could go in. They gave us a dinner recommendation and it was delicious. The standalone room was fantastic. Great ventilation so it wasn't too hot at night. Loved the view. The showers were super nice. Bathroom was easy to walk to in the dark. This entire area is gorgeous and we will definitely stay here again on our next hiking trip!

This place has a remarkable view looking out towards Aso. They even saved an area so everyone can sit and enjoy the panoramic view without tents or cabins in the way. The own was nice and beat me to pulling out a translator when we hit Japanese I didn't know. I was here in off season on my bike, but they seemed supplied for adventures in the right weather. It's a short but steep walk to Unoko Falls, near an onsen, and super close to a market with great produce and local products! Foreigners, just know the toilet is a squat style, but they really aren't bad at all. I really enjoyed my short stay here.

The manager leaves at 6pm, the administration building is empty all night, and you can use the shower, toilet, and washing machine (no dryer).
