I heard that they offer day-trip hot springs, so I went to Kusatsu Onsen for the final day of my trip to the hot springs...♨️Anyway, hot water is good! ️💯's hot water✨ And it's lukewarm You can stay in it for a long time. Kusatsu Onsen is just hot 🥵 Most inns and hotels are also hot. But the hot water here is so nice and warm 👌 And the open-air bath outside... you can enjoy the lukewarm hot spring while looking at the wide sky ♨️ All I can say is the best 👍 ❤︎I only went to the hot springs for a day trip, so I don't know about the rooms or anything else, but the hot springs are really good.As a bonus, I got 5 stars. The front desk staff was kind and I had good memories of Kusatsu Onsen.Kusatsu♨️ is the best🥳

Stayed for one night. First, let's talk about food. It was elegant and delicious. It's good that it's not a Viking. I especially liked that the food details were printed on paper from the customer's perspective. The pork in the ``pork shabu-shabu'' dinner was of extremely high quality and there was a lot of it, so I thoroughly enjoyed it. The ``Hoba'' grilled breakfast was a rare dish that I haven't seen in 30 years. The employees at the restaurant were working enthusiastically. You can tell that I love my job. When I was about to go see Yubatake after dinner, a young male employee at the front desk advised me that it would be better to wear long sleeves. The bus service to Yubatake was also helpful.

Guest room: As many people have said, I think it's quite old. The tatami makes a creaking sound every time you walk on it.I don't know why, but there was a full-length mirror in the back of the room next to the refrigerator. The toilet smells. An extension cord was provided.Service: The customer service was polite, the young person at the front desk, the restaurant staff, and the people who seemed to be of foreign nationality were all very polite! Even if you pass each other in the hallway, you'll always say, "Please take your time!" Thank you to the guy who consulted with me about my schedule at the time of payment and gave me advice.Just one thing. I think it's a little too detailed, but I was curious. At first I was given the wrong room and they called me by extension. (This itself is subject to human error, so I'm not angry at all, and I don't feel anything.) The girl who checked in immediately after that and the manager? A man who seemed to come with me apologized and gave me the key to a new room, but I didn't know which way to go as there was no directions to my new room. If possible, I would have liked to have received an apology as well as some information such as ``This room is available for you.''Meals: There are set times and you will be guided when you go to the restaurant. White rice, miso soup, and soft drinks are self-service, and the white rice is delicious! ! ! ! ! The food is perfect! That's what I want to say, but there's just one point here. It was a good idea that the dessert was brought out after the meal, but all the fruits that came with the dessert were crunchy and disappointing. I felt that it was a waste to take the trouble to provide the products at different times. I would appreciate it if you could cut out the fruit for breakfast too! The fruit provided by Takaga caught my attention.Hot springs: As expected from Kusatsu! I felt like I was able to relax and relieve my fatigue in the large communal bath and open-air bath! Is it just that the ceiling is peeling off? Even here, I feel a little ridiculous.I wrote this for a long time, but the last thing I want to say is that I wanted an ice maker! ! ! ! ! ! ! lolI had a relaxing time! Thank you for your help! thank you very much!*Actually, I'm sorry for worrying too much about the details of my peers and turning them into little girls.

There was only heating in the room, and it was a hot day, so I was sweating in the room. Moreover, I couldn't relax at all because of the smell of cigarettes. The counter staff's response is the worst. An old woman in her 40s or 50s. Even though I was in the front row of the line, they didn't even call me, and when I started dealing with them, they kept a straight face and looked like they were having a hard time, and there was no guidance at all.If you are treated like this the first time, you will feel sick for a long time, so it is better not to place it on the counter. The bath was good.

Lovely Onsen hotel with nearby activities and attractions. Check in is strictly 3pm so don't bother coming early. Rooms are well appointed, meals and bath, facilities well organised. Parking is free if you self drive. Nearby attractions have limited parking but this resort has free shuttle services to the main attractions. Meal times are strictly co-ordinated as well. Check in information only Japanese available so either you can understand some Japanese or be sure to download Google translate. Reception staff do not speak much English.
