I used it several years ago. The environment and customer service were terrible, and I was forced to take photos of them so they could post them on the website. I'm still traumatized

After making a reservation and visiting, paying and being shown inside the room, I canceled my stay. There was a cancellation fee (100% on the day), but the situation was still unbearable. …

It's the worst facility.Worst experience ever, I fell victim to a rip-off.This is the worst abandoned facility that I don't want to give even one star.I would like to quote past reviews.Vacation | Family TravelI don't even want to give it a star. It's also my fault for choosing just based on the photos without looking at the reviews. However, let alone cleaning, the stones on the stairs were cracked and I felt like I was going to fall. There seems to be a river, but it's a small river and the footing there is bad so you might get injured. There were dead cockroaches in the breezeway and a large dead spider in the bathroom. The room I was shown to was said to have never had a pet in it, but it smelled of mold and there was hair on the carpet that I didn't know who belonged to. There was a lot of dirt and garbage, the futon smelled moldy, and there was a lot of house dust. I made a reservation for 2 nights, but was told that they wouldn't let me see the room unless I paid, so I paid about 120,000 yen. I tried to cancel, but they wouldn't listen to me at all. The story wouldn't go forward unless I paid the full amount, and since I had paid a lot of money, I thought about giving up and staying there, but later when I read the reviews, I read that there were centipedes and strangers' hair on the futon, so I didn't want to worry about children or children. There were some elderly people there, so I didn't stay overnight. So I don't know about rice etc. However, I think it would be better to quit if you want to stay overnight. Also, I was told at the reception to refrain from writing negative reviews, but I can't help but write this one, so I'll write it.Guest roomIt smells musty and there are cockroaches, spiders, and centipedes. And it's very filthy with hair that I don't know who it is. I don't even want to sit down.Activities nearbyThere are no shops at all as it is in the forest.safetyMy footing is bad and I feel like I'm going to get hurt. The terrace is also rotten and dangerous.Ease of walkingThe stones are cracked and difficult to walk on, and the slopes are slippery.Important mattersIf you're planning to stay here, it's a good idea to read reviews from other people. I think the photo was taken about 10 years ago. The attached photo is completely different from what it is now. This is a bottakuri facility.2000 yen per pet,I think this is normal, butAn additional fee of 1500 x the number of people staying will be added.I also visited on a 2nd day.The shop owner is the worst, setting aggressive prices in a filthy room that looks like a ruin.It was 37,000 yen for 2 adults and a pet without meals. My impression when I arrived was that it was in ruins. The facility didn't seem to have been maintained, and my first impression was that I was worried. There was a restaurant attached to the building, but it was in ruins, and even though I went there during the busy Obon season, it was locked and didn't seem to be open.I was told that it was a special room, but I was there for about 5 minutes, but as soon as I entered the room, there was a strong smell of mold, and an even stronger odor like that of an air freshener, which was so unpleasant that I couldn't help but feel nauseous. It was. There was a lot of trash on the floor and it didn't seem like it had been cleaned at all.It was expensive and I couldn't get my money back, but after discussing it, I left because I didn't have the confidence to stay in this dirty, musty facility.I couldn't find any words other than ruins, and there were also dead insects. This is a facility that should not be open. There were some posts that seemed like they were self-produced, but I find it hard to accept that.I came to Miyazaki looking forward to it, but the result was disappointing.I thought it would be a good idea to read the reviews here. This facility is not worth using.I cannot strongly recommend it. It's the worst facility.Because the fees were so high, my family members booed me so much that my relationship with my family deteriorated and I wanted to cry. Please use this as a reference. The moment you post it, you'll be given a high rating, so please do your own work in moderation! ! ! ! ! ! !This is the worst facility, so I'm reposting it.If you're making your own work and have time to hide your posts, why not do a minimum of cleaning? This is the worst facility!I will never go to Miyazaki Prefecture again! ! ! ! !Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 1/53

In one word, it's truly the worst! This is the first time I've ever seen a place like this that looks like a scam!First of all, it is very different from the photo on the reservation site! I arrived after dark, but was it a ruin? ! haunted house! That's what I thought! I was even more surprised when I saw it in the morning! It's in disrepair and unmaintained, and although it can't be helped that it's naturally dirty, it hasn't been repaired or cleaned, and it's full of moss, making it a dangerous scaffold! I really don't want to give even 1 starThe owner who spoke to me was extremely lacking in delicacy and morals, and I was struck by his comments that were akin to sexual harassment. There was dog fur and hair all over the place, the bedding was soaked with moisture, everything was not cleaned properly, and the toilet seat cover was dirty and had all kinds of hair on it...it was really the worst! My hair was all wet when I took a bath, and I ended up having a side dish for dinner, but I stopped eating it because it was probably spoiled or because it was sour. The corn on the charcoal-grilled vegetables was really rotten💦Breakfast was a mish-mash of leftovers from dinner, sausages, and ham. The sausage looked weird from the outside, but when I took one bite, it was clearly rotten! The fruits were spoiled and the grapes were turning black. I didn't want to make my stomach upset after a week-long trip to Kyushu. My next stop was Nagasaki, so I immediately stopped eating and checked out! It's really expensive, the food is rotten, the hygiene is terrible, the owner has no morals, and the group of young boys was confused! I will also complain to the reservation site that has fraudulent photos!

Due to the three-day holiday, it was difficult to book other accommodations, so I found this accommodation. However, when I actually stayed there, I had many complaints.First of all, the location is extremely inconvenient and there is nothing around. The prices are too high and not worth it at all. The outside of the room was infested with spiders, cockroaches, and unknown large insects, making it extremely uncomfortable. The room smelled of mold and the furniture was old and unusable.Additionally, the microwave and refrigerator were left dirty and we didn't feel like using them. The bathroom was not well-maintained, and there were limited amenities such as shampoo. The bedding on the bed was damp and old.The most frustrating thing is that there is a huge gap between the photos and the actual accommodation experience. This property looks like a ruin, and even though it looks appealing in the photos, it really isn't. Definitely not recommended for other guests.

My husband made a reservation for Yusunoki on Rakuten Travel because he wanted to take his dog with him on a family trip to celebrate his father-in-law's birthday and mother-in-law's birthday.However...I was shocked when I read the reviews. The rating is too low.I prepared everything I could think of, including bug spray and cleaning supplies. When I arrived after driving on a mountain road for quite some time, my first impression was...to put it poorly, I was surprised to see that it was quite damaged in many places.I went in hungry. However, if you look closely, you'll notice that each cottage has a unified white plastered wall, and it looks like a European countryside, and I thought, ``Wow, I wish I had stayed there when it was first built.''Since we were in the mountains, there were big spiders making webs in various places, but they weren't bad, so I didn't worry about it.The room was like a small one-story building where you could climb a steep ladder and sleep in the attic.★I gave it 4 stars because the owner's personality and the dinner and breakfast were very good. For dinner, we all had a BBQ on the terrace of the dining room, and each person was served hors d'oeuvres, and the meat was Miyazaki beef, which was tender in every part and had a nice flavor. It was so much that I couldn't finish it.A sumptuous breakfast was prepared for each person in the dining room, and the cold room was heated so we could enjoy our meals slowly.Regarding accommodation costs, I think this dinner and breakfast will be enough to cover the cost.Since it was originally a European-style cottage, I was wondering if someone could restore it like a ``before and after.''

Even though we came as a couple, my wife was persistently asked to go on a date by the owner when she was paying the bill! Just make sure to joke about it too! It's at a level where it would be better to go out of business immediately.

The bathroom and toilet were clean. This is a good thing since there are limited places to stay when traveling with a dog.
