I stayed at my first accommodation in Old Town for 4 nights. There is a 24-hour reception, and I was greeted kindly even though I arrived after 10 p.m.The room is very comfortable. It was clean and I didn't see a single bug during my stay. The bed was so comfortable that I slept well throughout my stay.I've seen a lot of reviews saying that the soundproofing in all Old Town hotels is not good, but maybe I was lucky, and it was so quiet that my worries about soundproofing were worthless. The 4th floor is the top floor, so if you stay on the 4th floor, there will be less noise issues between floors. It was nice that there was an auxiliary key so I could leave and return without turning off the air conditioner.I asked for cleaning every time, and the cleaning king seems to be doing the job. They cleaned it so thoroughly every day!The breakfast was delicious and the place to eat breakfast was beautiful, so I really enjoyed eating breakfast every morning.Mentioned as a disadvantageEven though the elevator is slow(?), I think it's better just to have an elevator! It was okay. The hotel is right in the alley and on the sidewalk, so I was confused at first when I crossed the street because there were no traffic lights.Since it was my second or third day in Chiang Mai, I was able to get used to it and just cross it easily, so it didn't feel like a disadvantage. The filter in the photo is the 4th day filter. I moved to another hotel in Old Town and was surprised to see it yellowing right away, but I think quu is okay.In summary,I think that I am very satisfied with an accommodation in this condition at this price and that it is good value for money. Afterwards, I moved to a more expensive accommodation with a pool in Old Town, and I was more satisfied with quu~

An accommodation that made you feel like they cared about the convenience of travelers!Arrived at the accommodation around 10 PM, received friendly guidance at the entrance and went up to the room. The tourists who come to this accommodation are probably people from all over the world, but at least by my standards, I was very satisfied with a hotel with this level of facilities at this price. After checking in at the first floor entrance, you must receive a room card and swipe the room card to enter the building. After passing through the lobby, guest security was checked once more, so I felt safe. After recognizing the room card, use the elevator to go to the room.(During my stay in Chiang Mai, I stayed in accommodations without elevators, so having an elevator was very convenient)Another big advantage was that extra room cards were placed inside the room (thanks to the extra room cards, the electricity was not cut off even when I left the room, so I was able to rest comfortably as soon as I entered the room even after returning from work outside). The bed was also comfortable enough for a deep sleep, and indirect lighting and outlets were placed on both sides of the bed, making it great for using, charging, or reading your phone before going to sleep. The room I stayed in was room 404, and there were no noise issues from neighboring rooms at all. The scenery outside the window was also quite nice. Please refer to the attached photo. The bathroom is dry and has a separate shower booth, sink, and toilet, but it wasn't damp at all even after showering, and I never found any bugs while using it.I also liked the arrangement of the air conditioner inside the room. Because the appropriate distance and height from the bed is maintained, direct cold wind does not reach the bed, so I never wake up mid-sleep. There is also a round table provided so you can enjoy a quick takeout meal or write. The room was cleaned so thoroughly that when I returned from my schedule, I felt like I had entered a new room. The restaurant where breakfast is served is located next to the lobby on the first floor.I remember you could choose the menu the day before and there were about 5-6 items. The menu wasn't particularly bad and any requests were accommodated at any time. The location is also on the side of the road, so you might be concerned about noise, but I didn't feel any noise interfering with my sleep. It was more comfortable than inside the old town. There were always motorcycles and cars passing by, so there wasn't much danger if you explored the surroundings on foot. I usually ran around the moat in the morning and had breakfast.

meritIt's fun to see the hotel decorated so well that it resembles a gallery so you can feel the hotel owner's love for paintings and art.Well organized and neatThe front desk staff were friendly and tried to help.disadvantage.1. There were many posts saying that breakfast was good, so I ate it for a day. There were lip marks on the water cup and bugs inside the congee. I thought that the water cup with the lip marks on it might have been accidentally moved while cleaning up another table just before us. Still, I felt like I needed to talk about it.I called the staff, but no matter how many times I called, they wouldn't come, saying they were talking among themselves. There were a total of 3 staff and there were 3 tables of customers, including us. When we called out, all the other customers looked and one of the employees clearly made eye contact, but he never came. We had already eaten more than half of the food and a bug came out, so we left, but it didn't feel good and we won't go again. The staff seemed friendly face to face, but I couldn't understand why they didn't come even when I called them that at the breakfast restaurant, and I doubted whether they had a service mind.I also have doubts about kindness.2. The door to the bathroom is a slide, but there is a small gap even when the door is closed. It smells like a sewer coming from the bathroom, but it continues to come out of the room as well. I keep the air conditioner on and the bathroom exhaust fan on.3. The hot water does not last and cold water comes out and then hot water comes out.4. It's right in front of the road, but the crosswalk is far away, so I had to jaywalk, but I felt it was a bit dangerous. That's why I wonder if it's run as a no-kids business.

The room is spacious. The elevator is small and inconvenient. After getting out of the elevator, you still have to carry your suitcase up the steps. The entrance is inconvenient, it's close to the road, and it's a one-way street that's very dangerous. The room was not fully stocked with items that are usually found in hotels. There were bugs in the bed.The night shift staff are very reliable.Breakfast not worth it. There are not many choices, the staple food is okay, but the fruit is not fresh. It is better to walk to the ancient city for more options. The design of the hotel is novel, there are no main lights in the entire interior, and with hanging paintings, the atmosphere is good. There are lots of small pink geckos working hard.

Clean and spacious hotel with sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay. We stayed at the highest level and loved the high ceiling. Most importantly, it was quiet and not too noisy at night.Despite being the small hotel, it had a lift which made transporting of luggage’s easier. It’s small but it does the job.Walking distance to Chang Phueak Night Market, and by Grab / Grab Bike, this hotel’s location is pretty central to anywhere. While it does have washing machine here, there’s a laundromat a few units down and 2 7-11’s which is around a 5 minute walk.Bonus mountain view from our room was therapeutic ☺️Had a wonderful 4 nights stay here.

Incredible quality bedding for this price... !In Korean currency, it is about 55,000 won on the left and 40,000 won on the right. On the first day of my trip, I arrived late at the airport and booked a hotel just for a quick sleep. I was surprised at how good it was for the price.I made a reservation this time with the intention of taking a short break, but it was still in very good condition for the price.Boss, are you reading this? Please make a swimming pool. Between the cafe and gallery on the first floor... please...

It's a relatively new hotel, so it's clean.Other than the ants inside the fruit purchased outside, there wasn't a single bug found inside the hotel, and the beds, towels, and other facilities were all clean. You can request breakfast the day before, and all the menus were prepared and delicious, so I ate breakfast every day.Oh, and you can choose coffee when preparing breakfast, and the sweet latte is delicious. Give it a try!Although it was a little far from the center, it felt like it was worth walking to most of the places, and it was rather quiet and nice.If you look at the hotel and go up a little to the right, there is a bakery. Be sure to buy some and try it. It's really delicious. The staff were friendly and the overall facilities were clean, so I would like to stay again next time :)

It was a very good accommodation for the price. This was my third visit to Chiang Mai, so I made a reservation for this place a little outside of Thapae, but most people went by bolt, so there were no inconveniences.Aside from the fact that the coffee tasted a little disappointing, the breakfast had a lot of quantity and a variety of different types, so it was nice to be able to choose one and taste it every day. Plenty of fruit too!!My room had a garden view, but it was quiet without any road noise, and the sound of birds was so pleasant that I felt healed just by lying down.I think the 3-star hotel was clean and the staff's service attitude was just as good as a 5-star hotel. (I was especially touched by how kind the older man was)It was a very attentive kindness that I can't pinpoint and explain, and thanks to it, I was able to have a better and more comfortable time in Chiang Mai!
