Good location. Hotel is quite clean. The room is cool. You can hear water pool sound on second floor. Would recommend superior room on third floor!The guy at front desk (he said his name is See) is really funny. Had many interesting conversations with him. Go have a chat with him guys! 🤣Breakfast is also lovely! Not many choices but the set menu tastes quite good!On my checkout day I was waiting for the grab driver to come. A female stuff told me the road is blocked so I should walk to the school nearby for better pickup. Very sweet!

Great hotel, with good customer service throughout the whole stay. The rooms were nicely updated and everything appeared to be clean. There isn't much of a view where we stayed, you can sort of see the street but that's fine.AC was cold and a welcomed amenity. The location of the hotel itself was the star, if you're there on a Sunday, the whole street turns into a night market which presents you with the opportunity to shop to your hearts content.Aside from the night market, there are a variety of local places around to see.The staff member in the lobby was very helpful in helping us book one tour and the laundry situation.The restaurant was so so, it's an option that's available but we found that there are better places around.

The location couldn’t be better. The room was clean (I have very high standards for cleaning). The price is fair for what you get: a clean, small room in a great location to walk everywhere.We tried the restaurant and didn’t love it.

In the dead center of the old town Chang Mai this hotel is almost equal distance to the moats that enclose one square kilometre of the old city.All hotels in the old town are boutique style and this is a nice 4 star level property with very quiet and well appointed rooms. There aren’t too many options that are missing in the rooms except perhaps a great view from our room. That wasn’t an issue as it was very quiet.The free breakfast was ordered from a menu with many options plus included a buffet for salad, fruits, toast, and other things. The only issue are the chicken sausages which every restaurant in Thailand serves for breakfast but the hotel is happy to delete this so you don’t waste it. Overall is is an excellent breakfast that even offers Eggs Benedict.This hotel is as centrally located as possible. Many restaurants and clubs are close by and the staff are exceptional.

Nice rooms. Get a balcony if you can, if you want less outside noise ask for a room that faces the side alley instead. This place has the prefect location.Its a safe city but the hotel security is also top notch anyway.

Prime location right in the center of the Old City. Clean, comfortable rooms. Bathroom and shower are spacious with plenty of hot water. The trash cans are tiny and need some improvement as you can't flush any toilet paper. Food in the hotel restaurant isn't particularly great, but so many other options in the area. Staff is helpful and kind, waters were restocked in the room free of charge, housekeeping was thorough and timely.

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four with kids aged 12 and 9. We booked adjoining rooms that were spacious, clean, and well supplied.The morning breakfast was nice for an included meal.Not sure why some of the reviews herewere unsatisfied. This hotel surprised us with how nice it is and the location is perfect. Right in the middle of all the action in Old Town.
