The air conditioner is installed above the bed in the Japanese-Western style room, and my head is so cold that I can't turn on the air conditioner. The hot spring water is even connected to the tap water, and it smells so bad that you can't brush your teeth.

I stayed here when I traveled to Kyushu in September. The room I had originally reserved was upgraded because the air conditioning was broken. This is a deluxe twin Kirumi room. You can see Sakurajima just beyond the window on one side. The view was very nice. You can see the same scenery from the observation bath, and the bath itself was very pleasant. The open-air bath is also nice. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. I thought that the number of breakfast items was the largest among all the hotels I have stayed at. All you can eat macros starting in the morning. The staff were kind and the overall experience was very good, but elderly people may find it inconvenient to take a bath as there is some stairs to get around. It was a very satisfying stay for my family. Thank you very much.

I stayed in a Japanese style room. The room was basically clean, but it was a little dated, the bran was torn and there was moss growing on the sash inside the window. As I walked down the hallway, I could hear a lot of noise coming from the room. There is also some vibration in the room above. The rooms in the new building may be nicer.Of particular note is the large communal bath on the 4th floor of the building where the front desk is located. It is quite spacious and has a solid, black-based atmosphere, and hot spring water comes out of the faucet. There were many types of baths: (1) a cold bath, (2) a muddy, slightly squishy bath, (3) a sleeping bath, (4) a large bath, and (5) a sauna. In addition, the washing area had free face packs, horse oil body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and the changing room had hair dryers, cotton swabs, combs, and even emulsion and serum. Lockers are located near the shoe racks. The bath was great.

The open-air bath was nice in harmony with nature, and the kaiseki dinner and breakfast buffet with unlimited drinks were delicious and satisfying. I went on this trip with friends, but I will definitely visit again with my family and parents.
