I used it for the first time the other day. It's 3 nights. What was good about it・There are three types of sources.・Convenient 3-minute walk to Yubatake on Yubatake Koji!・Foreign employees have the best customer service!・Close to Nishinokawara ParkWhat wasn't good・All three types of hot springs were lukewarm.・The room was renovated and clean, but because the walls were thin, I woke up many times because I could hear the TV next door, conversations, and the sound of sliding doors closing.・We had 6 meals over 3 nights, all with the same menu! I wanted to change it at least once. (I'm bored) *It's a buffet.・If you do not arrive early, you will be forced to park in a separate parking lot.・The above is for reference only.

First of all, I set the navigation, but I couldn't get there lolThe room looked like it had been renovated and was clean. Normally, when you enter the room, the temperature is comfortable, but this hotel was not like that; on the contrary, it was hot. The air conditioner is too old to cool down and is very noisy. I stayed here on October 2nd, but the lingering summer heat is still quite severe this year, soIt was hot anyway. After I got out of the bath, it was very hot. Also, there is no water in the air purifier.I refilled it myself.I think the buffet in the morning and evening was good with a wide variety of choices. It was great to have a shortcut from the hotel to Yubatake!

Room look new but as it’s centralised aircon , they determined weather is cold enough ( 3 Oct) so it’s heater mode only. Window can only be open a few inches and occasionally have food fume coming in . TerribleHave a few onsen to select but some don’t have drinking water provided in the changing roomDuring checkin , they never mentioned/provide the access code to the back door/ shortcut . This should be part of checkin process . Not everyone know it and save a trip up to ask.Positive : Buffet dinner selection is pretty good .Noticed that staying in Kamenoi hotel chain can be hit or miss. Kamenoi Aso is great while Kamenoi Oarai is bad

I used it during my 60th birthday celebration trip.I was curious because it seems like they recently opened a rebrand. Both the room and the hotel have been renovated and are clean. There were about 3 baths, which were surprisingly small. The large public bath is quite spacious. However, it was a bit hot and warmed up, which is unique to Kusatsu Onsen. It is convenient to go to Yubatake as it is within walking distance.(Some people may get lost, but there are signs so it's hard to get lost)The food was incredibly deliciousThere were many things unique to Gunma.I would like to use it again if I come to Kusatsu again.thank you

The hotel has its own alley leading to Yubatake, which was very convenient. There are several baths in the hotel where you can enjoy various hot springs. The buffet was so delicious!

It was my first time using it. 3 nights from 9/23.Since my room was in the east building, I couldn't use the trolley to carry my luggage, but the man at the front desk carried my luggage to my room. I was interested in the good customer service. Dinner is a buffet with all-you-can-drink alcohol. I was really looking forward to it, but my 3-night stay here was ruined. It was crowded, so I made a reservation for dinner starting at 7:45pm, went to the restaurant, and immediately had an all-you-can-drink beer. Drinks are self-serve, and I received my first beer glass from a female employee who explained to me that glasses are exchangeable. When I changed the glass for the second drink, there was no employee there, so I had to come out of the kitchen and change the glass, and when I went for the third drink, no one was there, and when I tried to fill the same glass with draft beer, it overflowed, and the female employee If the staff doesn't come back and replace the glass, it will overflow! Strong tone💢What to do with an overflowing glass?I can't help it. Please change the glass next time💢picture? Even though the glass is only half full of beer? Would you like to exchange it? But what about customer service?Next, my wife requested that I make lemon sour. When I asked a female employee how to make it...At a breathless speed, ○×□ 💢○×□💢 ○×□ 💢○×□💢 ○×□ 💢○×□💢!I couldn't catch it, so I made a random lemon sour and gave it to my wife, who said it didn't taste good😭It was her birthday, right? After that, I put ice in a glass to make chu-hi. I'm left-handed, so when I put the tongs on my left, the client moved them to the right, making a clicking sound right in front of me. I understand that there are many right-handed people, but I wonder if it will be done in front of them (--;)We have a lot of foreign employees, but we want them to learn from us! Foreign employees are kind and polite to everyone 😊 Japanese employees should go back to their basics! Especially this employee. It took me 4 hours to get there. Please let the employee in question know about this review and retrain them. Our 3 nights were ruined.

We visited with a family of four, and it was very clean after the renovation, it was 4 minutes from Yubatake, making it easy to go sightseeing, the price plan was very reasonable, and the reception was quick and responsive, so we felt the company's efforts as a whole. The food is well thought out and delicious, and the steak is so tender that it's rare to find one at this price at a restaurant these days. Thanks to you, I had a great time with my family.

Today, my husband and I are on a trip to stay at the Kamenoi Hotel in Kusatsu Onsen. I was worried because there wasn't much parking available.I was relieved to be able to park in the front parking lot. It was a buffet, and there was a wide variety of side dishes, so I was full.😋There is a main building and an annex, and we stayed in the annex. We ate our meals in the main building, but from the annex to the dining venue in the main building. It was confusing and I got lost trying to get there. But I was lucky to have a shortcut to get to Yubatake 👍️Thank you for your reply!! ️This is the husband of the poster! This time I made a reservation through Yuko Yuko, but if I wanted to stay on the upper floor of the main building, I had to make a reservation directly. Is it better? We stay at hot springs 3 to 4 times a year, and I think the responsiveness of the staff at the venue is amazing! My request is that it would be great if there was a small bowl for making sashimi! I will also bring my grandson! I live in Miyagi Prefecture, so it's a little far away!

It's close to Yubatake, and the hot springs and food are great. There will be a short wait for the elevator to move.
