A valuable hot spring inn in Yahiko that boasts of ``staying with your pet/dog.'' It was in 2014 that the entire hotel became a dog-friendly inn, and it was a wonderful inn where you could fully feel the experience cultivated over the past ten years. There is a shower at the entrance of the inn to wash your dog's paws (I think this is rare at a hot spring inn, not a pension), and there is also a place in the corner of the guest room where you can set up a dog's drinking water and toilet seat. A water-based sheet was laid out.In addition, for morning and evening meals, it seems that the dogs are led to private rooms at slightly different times to prevent them from fighting with other dogs, and even though the private room where the meal is held is a Japanese-style room, the dog is kept on a leash. There was a carabiner available. While there are many inns that claim that pets are important members of the family, but leave the dog alone in the room during meals, this inn's response is not enough.Another thing worth mentioning is the food at this inn, and the food alone is more than worth the stay. The dishes are made with local ingredients, such as Yahiko-grown vegetables, new Koshihikari rice, and Sado-grown crab, and the dishes are all lined up as soon as you're seated - something that's common in modern inns. In contrast, the grilled food and tempura were freshly made and delivered later. The after-dinner dessert was so polite that it was brought to you after you called the extension number after you finished your meal. The customer service alone was enough to give it a perfect score, but the taste was also exceptional. Koshihikari, a new rice from Yahiko that is milled that morning, and sashimi made from Nodoguro from Yamakita and Nanban shrimp from Sado, as well as ``Japanese'' dishes, served with locally grown figs and ham. The ``Western'' style of bruschetta was also wonderful. The hot springs are heated cold mineral springs, and the quality of the hot springs was also excellent. Men and women swap places at 10 p.m., and one side had a cold spring next to it that appeared to be a source, so they could take turns soaking in it and enjoying it. There is a water server in front of the bath, so there is no need to bring water with you.Personally, I would rate this as the best inn at the moment as a dog-friendly inn. I would definitely like to use it again when I go to Niigata.

I stayed there with my dog.Although it is an old inn, it was clean and I was surprised at how spacious the bathroom was.It was a dog-friendly accommodation as there were plenty of dog amenities, there was a dog run, and you could bring your dog for meals. And the food was so delicious! The tuna spareribs were especially delicious without any fishy smell.Credit cards were not accepted for payment.

It was a wonderful inn that was dog-first. Although the facility has a historical feel, it was well-maintained, and the customer service from the employees was reasonable, making it a relaxing stay. The food was plentiful and delicious, and the large hot spring bath was spacious and relaxing. Although it was close to Yahiko Shrine and the sea, it was a very nice and quiet inn surrounded by lush greenery in the mountains.

I thought there would be a pet odor the moment I entered the building, but it wasn't there at all. I didn't have to worry about dog hair either. Best of all, I was able to eat with my dog, which wasn't much else, and the dog was allowed to walk in the hallways as long as it was kept on a leash. There are no complaints about the room and bathroom. Although it was winter, I was able to sleep warmly. There are table tennis slippers, a few manga books, and a short drive will take you to downtown Yahiko, a ropeway, and a shrine, so you'll be very satisfied.
