The hot springs are amazing. The hot water is constantly flowing. It's so comfortable that the hot water and your body become one, something I've never experienced before.

It is difficult to understand the approach of the branch road from the main street, so if there is a guide board, it will go smoothly.I hope I can get there! The food was very satisfying and delicious in both quality and quantity, and I was very satisfied with the attentiveness combined with the comfort.Thank you to all the staff!

It was an inn full of Showa feel, just as the reviews said. I wonder if this hot spring town will be revived once again with some support from the town and prefecture🤔

Be careful if your car navigation system or smartphone navigation shows you a route that takes you from National Route 352 to Prefectural Route 299.Cars will be unable to proceed along this route. Please ignore the branch to Route 299 and proceed. You will soon be given a route to take by car.The correct direction is to turn left from Route 352 onto a narrow road that is almost overlooked. As soon as you turn, you will see a gate sign that says ``Suzuran Dori''. If you drive carefully, you will see Yumotoshoya Izumiya Ryokan on the left. At night, the lanterns are lit and serve as landmarks.

The parking lot is located at the back of a narrow road, so if you have a large car, it will be difficult. The bathroom and room were clean. There was a sparrow sitting on the landlady's side, which was cute. There was also a black cat with a bell around its neck.

Stayed after my mother's 49th day.As mentioned in previous posts, it feels like a Showa era inn that I haven't seen in a while. It's a fairly old inn.The hot springs have free flowing water, and they seem to empty and clean them every day, so the hot springs are very nice! The food was average, but the milk agar dessert was served from the beginning, so I guess I didn't feel any doubt about having the lukewarm milk agar at the end. Finally, the rice and miso soup came, but I thought there were no pickles either. The rice must be delicious locally, so I thought it would be nice to have some pickles to make it delicious. There was no water in the room, and there was no water at the hot spring.I went to the hot springs several times, but I got thirsty so I went to the reception to ask if they had ice water. Is she the daughter of the hot spring proprietress? There was one person who was unfriendly. He never smiled once and looked like a Buddha. In short, I think it's a waste.Since it's an old hot spring, I think a lot of people would want to come back if they made some changes, but I wonder if they'd go stay at other hot springs and do some research...I think we can increase the number of services without adding much to the cost. It's my parents' hometown, so I hope they do their best at Oyu Onsen!
