I stayed in a cottage with my dogs. When I arrived at the cottage and opened the front door, I thought...It smells very beastly.Looking at other people's reviews, the fact that we didn't notice that much of a smell from the cottage was probably due to the dogs that were part of the family of the people who stayed there before us...I let the air dog that had been installed since I arrived, and when I returned from breakfast the next morning, things were much better, but I think most of the guests wouldn't like this.I don't think people understand this because most small dogs don't have a smell.I felt that the stay would have been more comfortable if the air dog had been left on at all times until the guests arrived. There is a dog paw washing area in the cottage that was probably previously used as a human shower, but unfortunately this and the bathroom had poor drainage and water would collect.I get the impression that most of the dinners were home-cooked meals using eggplant. It was boiled, stir-fried with chicken, and pickled eggplant, and all of them were delicious. If you don't like eggplant, it might be a good idea to let us know in advance. I don't know if they will respond.Breakfast is basic stuff like bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, and salad, but you have to heat the bread yourself in a toaster oven.To be honest, I don't really like course meals at inns or hotels, so being able to eat home-cooked meals like this rejuvenated my tired soul after a few days of traveling. The bath located next to the cottage is available for private use. However, there was only one light in the bathroom, so it was dim and it was a little scary when I was taking a shower. The room where the sauna was supposed to have been has been closed off so I can't use it, but that's because I've watched too many horror videos and it's scary (lol)The bathtub was filled with clean hot water even before we arrived, and it felt good.*I was surprised that there were no insects at all. Whenever I stay at a cottage in the mountains, there's always a parade of insects.About 3 to 5 minutes by car, there is a place called Imori Pond where you can see the stars beautifully.Since it was summer, I went for a walk after 5am, but it was foggy and cool, and there were no mosquitoes, so I had a very pleasant walk with my dogs.Furthermore, the Myoko Kogen Sky Cable is a 1-minute drive away, and if you go to the top, you can eat delicious sweets on the sky terrace.Personally, I really liked it and would like to visit it again. The landlady is a very nice person. It was sad that the signboard dog had already passed away.

The landlady was very nice and made me feel comfortable during my stay.I had a family member with allergies, and they were able to accommodate me.Although you may come across some spiders, the rooms are very clean. It was a place so rich in nature that I was able to see squirrels and flycatchers on my morning walk.

I believe it is run by the proprietress alone, but I thought the price was cheap as it included dinner and breakfast. Even though I brought my dog with me, I was able to relax and feel like I was at home. …

A very homely feeling with Mama looking after us during our stay. The home is clean and the rooms are with beds and Mama's home cooked breakfast is extremely tasty! There is a hot bath available if you're not into onsen. It's about 5 min drive to most of the Myoko ski resorts, onsen and any of the food/bar places. This beautiful pension is only about 10min drive from getting off the Nagano Highway. If you are looking for a nice cozy place to stay, I would highly recommend you to check this place out! Thank you Mama!My mom is very kind and offers me bread breakfast and Japanese breakfast alternately for breakfast!Surrounded by lots of snowy trees, it's perfect for a change of pace!I love you mom ❤

A pension with a signature dog, a corgi. At the time of my visit, I was told that I was not feeling well and was in the hospital. Although I'm concerned about the aging of the building, the food is delicious and the baths take a long time so I can relax.
