I came in summer. The water park is the place to go.The location and appearance of the hotel make you feel like you are in Switzerland. Maybe it was because the room was old and didn't get much sunlight...The smell of half-dried laundry couldn't be removed even with the deodorizer provided...The friend's room I went with didn't have that smell😅It feels like it's rare these days to have to pay for anything... table tennis, tennis, karaoke, etc. All of them have to be paid, and they cost more than using the city's facilities. Experience facilities have unlimited fees with additional fees.However, since the pool is open only to hotel guests, the line for the slides was long, about 15 minutes at most, and even adults were happy to enjoy the long slides and Wild River. Even second graders and older children were able to enjoy it as there were no age or height restrictions. The kids really enjoyed the go-karts and swings on the mountain. The go-kart course is long and fun for adults as well.I didn't expect a bath or a meal, it was normal.

The room was like an old business hotel, old, small and minimalist.The outside of the hotel room was spacious, with high ceilings and a uniform interior design, which was exciting.I stayed here in anticipation of going to the pool at Joetsu International Playland with my preschooler, but the pool itself was not suitable for small children and I couldn't enjoy it.

This trip turned out to be quite boring and disappointing.・Food system is too badI was irritated by the really troublesome system and inefficiency, such as having to make reservations for each meal, and waiting in line for about 15 minutes before finally being able to eat.・It's too big and it takes too long to move around.The facility is so large that you have to walk too much to go to the bathroom or to eat.Moreover, I quickly got bored of the pool, there was nowhere to go, there was nothing to play, and the karaoke and table tennis were expensive and ended quickly, which was the worst part.・The room was so moldy that I couldn't relax at all.・It was so boring that I tried to finish the trip early and go home, but I was in trouble because the Shinkansen tickets had fixed times. In the end, I should have taken a non-reserved seat, but I ended up paying again without realizing it. .Anyway, it was a very disappointing trip.I think this facility should definitely improve its system.

It was very good!All the staff were pleasant and kind.I really enjoyed the pool, go-karts, hotel, fair, and tennis.There are various reviews about the food, rooms, and bathrooms, but I am truly grateful that they provide such service at such a reasonable price.The exterior of the hotel and the view of the summer green ski slopes are also wonderful. Just looking at the wide scenery was refreshing and brought back memories of summer vacation.I'd like to go there in winter too, but I'm worried about snowy roads...However, it is a fun hotel for families with children that I would like to visit.Junior high school students were also happy~

I used it with my family during summer vacation.Stroller rentals were available, and baby chairs, tableware, and baby food were available at the restaurant, so since I was mainly traveling with children, I was able to spend time without having to worry about my surroundings.We had lunch at the restaurant, but they kindly accommodated our requests and it was nice to be able to eat with our children.In the evening, there is a fair starting at 6pm, so you can enjoy the festival atmosphere, and there is a fireworks space so you can enjoy fireworks.The water park is just a short walk from the hotel, so if you're tired from playing, I think it's a great idea to drain the water, walk a little, and take a bath.The ski slope in front of the hotel is rich in nature and is home to frogs, grasshoppers, butterflies, etc., and the children were happy to chase them around.We were able to experience an amusement park, go-karts, and catching sweetfish within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and enjoyable.I was shown to a room right in front of the bathroom, but there was a smell due to insufficient ventilation in the hallway, and the inside of the air conditioner and window frame were full of mold, so I had to leave the window open the whole time.The futon in the closet was also damp, but I didn't feel like sleeping in the bed, so I tore the comforter off the bed and put a mattress on it.After returning home, my child was still young, and I went to see a doctor because I was concerned about his cough.The bath is small for its size, and there are large holes in the wooden frame of the bath.Overall, I thought the water temperature was too hot for small children.Reservations are required for dinner starting at 7am, but by 7pm the popular spaces were full.I stayed for 3 days and was able to make the reservation a little earlier for the last day, which was great.Overall, my impression was that it was difficult to maintain the buildings that were spent so much money during the heyday of the bubble economy.I thought it would be a great place for families with children who are old enough to have immune systems and can run around to a certain extent.
