It is a luxurious place where you will be greeted by the hotel staff when you arrive. For that reason, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. The view was great because it was built on a hill and there was a bath on the upper floor of the building. It seems to be selling an infinity open-air bath, but when you actually enter, you can see the city lights and the moon, so it seems like the sales pitch is true. The breakfast buffet was also good with lots of variety. It was an inn I would like to stay at again.

This time I stayed in an S type room for 2 days and 1 night. My wife brought me here for her birthday, and the room with a sauna was clean, and the cold water bath was cool and warm, making it a nice location. The hospitality was great and I even received a birthday present from the inn, which was a great memory.I would like to come again.

This was my second stay at this hotel/inn. The service is always good and the food is good. I like their open air bath by the main public bath. It is an infinity bath the view of the Niigata Plain is quite nice. They have a nice set of audio equipment on the first floor and they will play an LP or two if you request.

From the open-air bath, you can see the Niigata Plain right in front of you, and on the day of your stay there was a fireworks display, so you could enjoy the best location. The design of the facility itself is a little old, but it has been updated and is clean enough. The staff's response is also very good and I feel very welcome. The food was elaborate and very delicious, and it had the feel of a flagship hotel in the area. If I had to say it, I wish it had a little more volume... The only other thing I would like to point out is that although there is a convenient system that allows you to check out on the day and pay for alcoholic beverages using your smartphone, the staff were inexperienced and ended up showing the payment screen at the front desk and explaining it to them. In the end, it didn't save any time at all. I hope you get used to it soon.
