There were two free open-air baths, one inside the hotel and one outside, and both had spectacular views. It was raining in the outdoor bath that day, so it was dangerous to slip in the slippers provided at the hotel. It's safe to say that sneakers are safe even in the bathroom, even at hotels.

I entered the men's bath after climbing the mountain. It cost 600 yen without the open-air bath, but I was satisfied. The whole thing is old, but the interior is like a public bath and has a nice atmosphere. It is at the lowest point in Tsubame Onsen, so you can see the next door from the bath window. You can't see the walls of the inn, so you can basically enjoy the blue sky, and it has a sense of openness, so I had a good time there for an hour! The hot water is a little hot, but it's not a problem. There is a cup at the spout, so you can drink the hot water from the spout. It has a bit of salt in it, but it has a slightly salty taste and seems to be good for your stomach.Anyway, it's sulfur. It is a hot spring with good hot water.

October 2024I stopped by for a day trip bath.Open from 11am, the women's open-air bath is the best during the autumn leaves season! The open-air bath takes a long time to fill up, so I was told that there might be a lot of people around 12:00.Even though I arrived at 11 o'clock this time, there was still a lot of hot water. The open air is lukewarm and you can stay in it for a long time, making it really comfortable. And a spectacular view! !The hot water was also very nice. The public parking lot in front was full, but it wasn't the time when people staying overnight came.Since I took a hot spring bath at this hotel, I was able to park my car in the hotel's parking lot.The public parking lot always seems to be crowded, probably to go to Golden Yu.

It's located at a high altitude, so it's cool. On the day I went, it was raining lightly and it was foggy. ♨ is a hot spring with a slightly fragrant sulfur content that is very good for the skin. The amount of each dish is small, but I like having a large number of dishes. I also enjoyed the handmade soba noodles. The host was also very kind. I was told that the autumn leaves season is the best, so I would like to enjoy the autumn leaves while soaking in the water.

As of 2024/08, reception hours for day trip hot springs were 11:00-17:00. It is 700 yen for women and 600 yen for men. Only the women's bath has an open-air bath. The pale, slightly cloudy water is characterized by large hot spring flowers. The large one was about 3cm long. It seems that drinking the hot springs is also possible. It gets very warm, and you'll be sweating when you get out of the bath.As for the temperature of the hot water, I took a bath in the Golden Hot Spring on the same morning, and it felt like the right temperature, about 42 degrees Celsius. The temperature at Hanabun was about 44 to 45 degrees, probably because it was indoors. Personally, I like hot, soothing water, so I soaked it in the water, but people who don't like hot water can wait about 10 minutes. You can fill it with water, but you need permission from the person who is bathing in the same bath.

Green mountains, blue skies, white hot springsI was able to spend some time with my friends. Some friends were able to visit for the first time in 30 years, and it was a trip that brought back many memories. My only regret was that I couldn't meet the owner of the inn, who was always smiling.Instead, I returned home energized by the smiles of the landlady and her daughters.I will go again!

I followed my wife's orders and made a reservation because she told me to come and see it because I was interested (lol). The location is at the entrance to Tsubame Onsen, and it is said to be the most prominent inn in Tsubame Onsen. Also, since the bus stop is located in the parking lot, it is also the entrance to the hot springs. If you look at the exterior of the building, you can see that it has aged, but I think the rooms are also as they appear. By the way, it is said to be one of the heaviest snowfall areas in Japan, and you can still see lingering snow on the roadsides even into May. Perhaps because of this, there was a blanket hanging over the futon that had been laid out from the beginning, and in the evening (relatively early) the person at the hostel had turned on the large stove in the entrance. Of course, there was also an oil fan heater in the room. As for customer service, it is neglected.Dinner was served in plenty of local produce, especially wild vegetables at this time of year. It's not luxurious, but I think it's a delicious dish. According to the wife who ordered the reconnaissance, it was ``suitable for me.''Last but not least, the biggest feature of this place is the hot spring where a large amount of hot spring flowers dance. The male customer before me described it as a ``beaten egg,'' and there were so many hot spring flowers floating around in such a high density that he wanted to say that. I think it's the first time I've seen black yunohana. There is only one open-air bath, and it is reserved for women only during normal hours. Men are only allowed to use the facility for a short period of time, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. It's a very open-air open-air bath with the mountains right in front of you. By the way, the temperature of the water was higher in the men's bath, which had only an indoor bath.I wonder if it's possible to drink the hot springs, there was a cup left. Just looking at the floating Yunohana, it seems like it would take a lot of courage to drink it.
