It was a very good hotel. The food was delicious and the hot springs were great 😄I never thought I would be able to make a bonfire at a hotel and drink coffee or cocoa with my kids while looking at it, but my kids were happy and happy that it was a valuable experience😆I would definitely like to stay again. At that time, I would like to stay overnight 😄

Chichitoko and her family went to Okudogo Ichiyu no Mamoru-san! Surrounded by the mountains of Okudogo, Ichiyu no Mamoru was a relaxing space that felt like it was in another world. As soon as I arrived, I felt at ease with the warm hospitality of the staff. When I was shown to my room, I was taken by the view of the lush greenery from the spacious Japanese-style room. My son was very excited and said, "Amazing!"Dinner is a colorful Setouchi buffet with 80 dishes. Ehime's local cuisine, fresh seafood, and mountain delicacies are so abundant that you'll be spoiled for choice. In particular, the all-you-can-eat live kitchen sushi and sirloin steak were so delicious that I ended up having to refill them many times. My son also ate a lot, saying, "It's delicious!" with shining eyes. The open-air bath in the public bath was also great. There is something special about looking at the scenery of the valley while soaking in the spacious bathtub. The hot springs had a faint scent of sulfur and made my skin feel smooth.Breakfast is buffet style, with a wide variety. I was full from the morning with the many dishes made with local ingredients.I was impressed by the smiling faces and courteous customer service of the staff. I am truly grateful to you for being kind to me even when my son was making a fuss.Mr. Mamoru of Okudogo Ichiyu, where you can fully enjoy delicious food and hot springs in an environment surrounded by nature. I had a wonderful time relaxing with my family. I would like to visit again in a different season!

I think it was a little expensive since it was a 3-day weekend, but I was satisfied with everything. There are many open-air baths, and you can choose a yukata, so I'm glad I came. (2024.10.13)

The breakfast and dinner meals were buffet style and had a wide variety of items and were homemade and delicious. The building is long and there is a long distance to travel from room to room, making it difficult for people with walking disabilities. The entire hotel is thoroughly cleaned, but the extra blankets and pillows are placed directly on the plywood in the closet, so I hesitate to use them. I think it would be a good idea to put some measures in place, such as placing baskets. The large public bath is an alkaline sulfur spring, which seems to have a lot of sodium, so it's moist. The spring temperature is about 39 to 40 degrees, so you can take a relaxing bath. There is an indoor bath on the second floor from the changing room, and an open-air bath on the lower floor, but many people chose to take the open-air bath because it was difficult to locate the indoor bath. The stairs to the open-air bath are slippery due to the quality of the water, and it is dangerous at night as it is dark. An elderly person was slipping. There is a Lawson convenience store 800 meters away, but there are no sidewalks and there is a lot of traffic, so shopping at night is dangerous. We recommend purchasing in advance.

I came to Okudogo Onsen for the first time. Although the hotel is located in the mountains, it was helpful to have a shuttle service from the hotel to Dogo Onsen Station. The hotel facilities are old, but both the open-air bath and the indoor bath were very nice. The spring quality has a sulfur smell, but it made my skin smooth and I really liked it. All the staff were kind and I was very satisfied with the birthday dessert plate and private open-air bath service. The dinner buffet had many items and was delicious. I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time and was healed. I would like to stay there again if I have the chance.

The building feels like the bubble of the Showa era.It was built along the cliff, or rather, the slope along the river, so you can see the greenery and the river.. . . It's too wide. It must have been prosperous in its heyday, but it's too long horizontally. It's hard to get around 🍚It's a lot of walking just to eat and take a bath Well, I guess it would be fun to explore like a Showa suspense movie, but overall it was too big and I felt like I couldn't move around. After getting naked in the hot springs, I went up and down 3 or 4 stairs (if I wanted to go to the indoor bath), and the sauna was added later with 2 staff for the size of the hot springs. It was fully loaded and the temperature control of the shower was fixed. The cause was unknown, but one person complained of itching after sleeping on the futon after returning home.I was full at night and the breakfast buffet was really good.

Open-air bath with nice lukewarm water ♨ If you go up the stairs to the 2nd floor, there is a large indoor bath where you can swim. The next morning's buffet is satisfying with lots of vegetables. We rented a car at Matsuyama Airport and went sightseeing around the city, and the next day we went on the Kurushima Kaikyo Whirlpool Tide Boat.
