I used it on a cheap tour. I wish I could sleep. I stayed there with this feeling...There were a lot of iQOS cigarette butts under the bed, and when I was making the bed, I noticed that there was garbage with sweets still in it. There was so much dust under the bed that it made me feel sick...(I didn't look at it all because I thought it was Pandora's Box) Even though I'm not the type of person to be bothered by it, it bothered me, so I think other people might... please note.I think the baths, meals, and customer service are worth the price. As long as it's clean, I would definitely use it again due to its location.

Great hotel? was.You will be charged 1,600 yen when you check in, and you will have to spend 500 yen when you arrive at the locker and on the last day (if you lose your locker key, you will be charged 3,000 yen). There are no amenities. The prices of items sold in vending machines and at the reception desk are higher than theme park prices. No matter where I go, it's far away, there's a convenience store nearby but nothing special, and my legs get sore just walking to the slopes. I don't recommend staying here, but if you have booked it, be prepared.

I used it around mid-March. To be honest, it's garbage and I recommend not using it. Even though I had applied for a tour, I was charged an additional fee at check-in, and the room was obviously dirty and I had many allergic reactions to house dust. There was only a washbasin and a hanger in the room, and there were no amenities such as cups, and when I told the inn that I didn't have 〇〇 for other things, they cut off the price by confirming more than 500 yen. We spent about 15,000 yen just on this accommodation. I will never use it again. We strongly recommend that you do not use it.

It was a room with a unit bath, but the toilet didn't have a washlet or even a stupid toilet seat heater, so I thought my heart would stop.In the large public bath, there was only about 1/3 of the hot water in the bathtub, and I was asked, ``Is this a lying down bath?'' ” I wanted to ask. This is an inn where you can just stay the night, fill your stomach, and sleep.

There isn't a single good place. You will regret it if you use it. I used it for the first or second day of February, but I regret spending so much money on a hotel like this. The room and the public bath (which isn't that big) are dirty, and even though I've already paid over 20,000 yen for the tour, when I try to do anything, they immediately charge me about 500 yen. In the end, the total cost exceeded 25,000 yen. There are no towels or toothbrushes. The mattress is thin and my body hurts.I heard that you can choose your favorite hot pot for dinner, but apparently you have to tell us at check-in whether you want the hot pot or not.The morning buffet is advertised as a "buffet," but it's a buffet I've never heard of before with some restrictions. The time limit is "at most" 1 hour. There's nothing good about it.I will never use it again and I really do not recommend it.

I had some complaints about the room and food, but considering the price, I think it's reasonable. When it came to customer service, he was very good and I had a good impression of his personality.Details below・Plus sideThe employees are very personable and respond politely to questions and requests.I am satisfied that the drying room is well dry.Breakfast is buffet-style, which is great for people who eat a lot.・Negative aspectsThe rooms are often not kept well-maintained, and you have to accept that the carpet in the corner of the room is a little moldy.Lockers in the building are available for a fee.You may feel that the evening meal is small by default (you can add it as an option)

Stayed for 2 nights with my family during winter vacation. The room was a 10 tatami Japanese-style room with a bathroom, and I ended up not using the bath. There were 15 hangers 😊 Maybe this type of room is in the new building? Even though it's a new building, it doesn't feel that new, but it was cleaned and clean. It might be the main building that doesn't have a bathroom or toilet. The room here seemed smaller, and my friend's room was triangular. The clothes seem to be hung to dry on hangers in the hallway. As mentioned in other reviews, there are no tissues in the room. There are no towels or toothbrushes. I don't have a refrigerator, but since it's winter, I can put it outside the window and it gets cold, so it's ok!! ️No pot or cup. Cup noodles were sold at the front desk, so maybe hot water would be provided to those who bought them? There were vending machines for alcohol, bottled milk, canned plastic bottles, and ice cream.Body soap and conditioner shampoo are provided in the bath. Two hair dryers in the changing room. There are a variety of rental snow wear, some that look new and some that don't. Choose what you like and rent it. Most women's sizes are S. Most men's items are M. It was already past 10:30, so maybe they had already paid to some extent? The plan included rental, but is there a compensation fee? It takes. No refunds will be given.Meals include shabu-shabu on the first day, and sukiyaki on the second day. Both are pork. Refills of rice are OK. Breakfast is buffet style. There is no particular restriction on the number of pieces of ham like someone's review. Miso soup was delicious. There was also rice and bread. The hotel staff were also kind. It was close to the ski slopes, and there were a lot of young students and foreigners, but I wasn't particularly bothered by the noise, and although I did smell a bit of kerosene from the heater, I felt nostalgic. It wasn't unpleasant. There was no musty smell either. Thanks to you, it was a fun trip.

It's just filthy. The room was not cleaned properly and there was trash lying around.Above all, the bath was the worst. The mat on the floor was so dirty that I couldn't tell when it was last changed, and was it wood that had been stretched out on the floor? Something like that was so rotten that I couldn't take a bath. The ski equipment we rented had holes in it, and there was no sign that it had been washed while it was still wet, so the next person could use it, so it was very sanitary.
