This trip was a gift from my son to celebrate my 60th birthday. I have known about the quality of this hotel for a long time, but I would like to recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time in a more formal and relaxing hotel than I expected. The view was great and the sunrise was very beautiful. The hot springs are open from 6am, so you can see the sunrise from the open air. I was happiest spending time listening to the scenery on the Aqua Terrace and looking at the scenery. I am grateful to my son.

I visited Akakura Kanko Hotel for the first time in a while and stayed in the premium building. The view from the open-air bath in the premium building is spectacular. You can see the rainbow, the air is delicious, and the natural hot spring water and scenery are sure to soothe your soul. However, in terms of service, I would like a little more. The customer service of the trainees, women, and young people is truly wonderful. The woman wearing glasses who served us the Japanese kaiseki meal was a really pleasant customer service, and she was perfect when it came to adding mineral water, serving the food, and explaining everything. However, the American breakfast in the morning was not very pleasant.Customer service from more experienced peopleIf it feels comfortable, it's perfect. It's a place where you can eat slowly while looking at such a spectacular view. Also, Akakura Kanko Hotel's breads are all delicious, and the rice flour curry donuts are definitely worth a try.Overall, it's a satisfying stay, so I highly recommend it.

A hotel I've always wanted to go to. Stayed in the premium building. The food, room, and hot springs were all good. It's great to be able to enjoy the free-flowing bath in your room without any obstructions. The sea of clouds was barely visible. I wish the price was a little lower. There are not many tourist attractions.
