This business hotel is located 3-4 minutes walk from the Bandai exit of JR Niigata Station. It's convenient because it's close to the downtown area and there's a Lawson on the first floor. The building itself is old, but the interior looks like it was renovated several years ago and is very clean.[Good points]・The breakfast menu is extensive, and the venue is spacious so you can eat slowly (I would be happy if the breakfast venue was open until a little later).・The breakfast menu includes many local products from Niigata, such as sauce cutlet and hegi soba.・There is a large public bath in the basement, although it is not that big.・Free Wi-Fi is assigned to each room, so the communication speed is stable.・There is an automatic payment machine (check-in/out)・There is an accommodation plan that includes a QUO card.・There are many coin laundry machines (the hotel is proud of this), so you don't have to wait to do your laundry.・We have a wide variety of manga rental services and simple fitness equipment.[Points of concern]・As it is an old building that has been renovated, the bathrooms and passageways inside the rooms may be narrow.・Check-out time is half-baked at 10:30 (it would be nice if it was 11:00)There are almost no concerns, and I think it's a great hotel, not only in terms of facilities but also in terms of the staff's response. Recommended.

It seems that the cleaning of small areas is not done properly. I guess it can't be helped because the original building is old, but I felt that the difference in level between the living room and the bathroom was higher than other business hotels. The quality of the towels was not very good.I was surprised to find bugs in the dryer at the laundromat. The front desk staff was nice. Conveniently located near the station.

Breakfast is delicious. There are various side dishes that are recommended. The rooms are old and the elevators are crowded in the morning, so please leave your room with a little extra time when leaving in the morning.

If you don't need to ask them to keep luggage after you check out, the hotel is okay. I am quite surprised that they charge one piece of luggage as a JPY500-!!! If I knew this, I booked another hotel.

Good point. Perfectly equipped with amenities. This is the first time I've been to a business hotel that has everything. In addition to a kettle and refrigerator, there is also a desk lamp, an air purifier, proper loungewear with matching tops and bottoms, a mug with a handle, a hair dryer, slippers for use in the hotel, a mirror in the drawer, and a USB outlet by the bedside. The room is small, but the placement of switches and objects is well thought out and convenient. The room feels clean. The location is good, near the station, and you'll be right in the downtown area as soon as you step outside. The bathtub is large for a business hotel. One of the entrances is directly connected to a convenience store. You can check how crowded the public bath and breakfast hall are on TV.Not so good place. The air conditioner didn't control the temperature, so it was a bit cold. There is a small window, but you can only see the wall of the building next door. There is a large wall-mounted TV and I can watch the stream, but for security reasons I cannot log in to Youtube. The ability to display your smartphone screen on the TV requires an additional 4,000 yen app fee and cannot be used. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors' voices, snoring, and the TV, so be careful. The unattended check-in with no greeting was curt.Overall, I think this is a convenient and good business hotel with the latest facilities.
