I stayed here a few months ago on a ski trip with a friend.First of all, when checking in, take a look.I have been to over 50 hotels in the past (from cheap to 5 star), but this was a shocking sight. If you participated in training at Teikoku, Westin, or Palace Hotels, you would probably be fired in one second. The food is of quite low quality. There was something that appeared to be frozen. It is about 10 minutes by car from Echigo Yuzawa Station.I think the recent rise in prices has had an impact, but if management is struggling, they should raise prices a little and improve service.good points・The bath was spacious!・The female customer service was also good.

I went there for my university's summer camp, but they try to make me pay extra for something. The rice isn't delicious.I got the impression that the management was in trouble.

I've stayed here before, but I felt like the atmosphere had changed a bit.Although I was satisfied with the amount of food, I don't have much to say about it, but I think it would have been nice to have something a little more typical of Niigata. The women responded politely, but I couldn't say that the men were more responsive. Although the scenery was nice, there were many things that disappointed me as I had high expectations.

There are too many additional charges that are not specified anywhere. I felt like I had been scammed because I was charged at checkout even though there was no prior notice.

We stayed from Saturday to Monday in February 2023.[Location to the hotel]It takes about 7 to 10 minutes from Resort Center 2 through the underground passageway. There is a flat paved road going down from Resort Center 2 to the underpass, and there are about 50 to 60 steps to the end of the underpass. Please be careful if you are carrying. When you go up the stairs, there is a snowy road. It's about 50 meters downhill to the hotel. Please be careful on snowy roads as the carrier will not roll and your feet will slip.【front】Check-in starts at 3pm.There was a disinfectant at the entrance of the front desk, and ballpoint pens were separated into those that had been disinfected and those that had been used to prevent infection.Once you arrive at the reception desk, we will tell you where to rent your luggage and where to store your luggage before check-in.You can leave your luggage at the front desk with a tag until check-in. Please change your clothes at the bathhouse on the same floor as the front desk. If you are renting clothing, please rent it from the rental room on the 3rd floor. The response was nice and made me feel at home.[Rental room]The rental room is on the 3rd floor. The sign inside the building said it was on the 1st floor, but it seems that this has been changed. If you apply for rental in advance, it will be ready when you go. They will check the size of your boots and replace them if they are too tight. Free lockers are available for those who rent. You can store the shoes you've been wearing and the boards you've put in after the day is over. Locker keys must be returned each time to prevent loss. The treatment felt good and was very good.[Up to the slope]The ski slopes are very close to the room, so if you put on your boots in the rental room, you'll be right in front of the slopes, and there's a 4-person ski lift. On the first day, you have to go up a hill to buy a lift ticket, which takes about 5 minutes, but from the second day onwards, you can go straight to the lift. The kids area is behind the lift ticket office, so it's about a 5 minute walk up the hill.[Guest room]We stayed on the 3rd floor, on the same floor as the rental room. It's about 10m away from the rental, so it's very convenient for going to the ski slopes. The size of the room is about 6 tatami mats, and the facilities include a table, TV, toilet, hangers, towel rack, tissues, toothbrush, water heater, etc. The room was not very large, but it was enough for 3 people. There is no refrigerator or safe. Please leave your valuables in the valuables locker on the 1st floor. The toilet seat is warm, but it is not a washlet. There is hot water in the bathroom. Lay your own futon. There is only one key per room. From the window of the room, you can see a lift for 4 people.[Bath]It's on the first floor. It is about the size of a full bath when about 6 people enter at once. Shampoo, body soap, shaving foam, hand soap, etc. are available. The changing room has scales, cotton swabs, tissues, fans, etc.Since it is a hot spring, you will feel warm after entering. You can take a bath even after checking out, so you can go home warm after skating.【meal】Saturday night was a buffet. Meat (spare ribs, cutlet stew, roast beef), fish (yellowtail sashimi, sweet shrimp), friedThere were fried shrimp, fried oysters, fried potatoes, fried chicken, soba, rice, miso soup, salad, dessert, etc., and it was delicious. Especially the rice was delicious. On Sunday mornings, there is also a buffet, including Japanese and Western food, rice, and bread. There were hot spring eggs, natto, pickles, salad, etc. The fries were a little cold when I went, so I asked them to warm them up, which they happily did.Sunday night is a course meal. Please check the photos. Children had the kids plate. Meal is not included. I thought there wouldn't be much for adults in the course, but when I ate it, I was full. One drink is included, but you can choose from orange juice, apple juice, or coffee.Monday morning consisted of rice, miso soup, natto, hot spring eggs, fried eggs, sausages, shumai, salad, Daigakuimo, and hijiki. Includes one drink with your choice of orange juice, apple juice, or milk.It was delicious.【stand】There is a small shop next to the front desk on the first floor. We have alcohol, snacks, and some souvenirs. There are few items.Overall, the accommodation was very good and the accommodation was very good.
