Used by a group in early August. Although the building is old, the rooms, toilets, and baths were well-cleaned. If you think of it as a guesthouse rather than a hotel, there's nothing wrong with it. …

A long time ago, when this pension had just opened, I went there with my now-wife for a three-night stay.At that time, we arrived in the morning, changed clothes at the pension, went skiing, and checked in in the evening. When I asked to change my clothes after that time, the owner at the entrance was very grumpy and asked me to leave at the door, probably because they were busy having breakfast. I remember spending the next three nights without talking to the owner and his wife. After that, I didn't go to Naeba.

I stayed with a few friends as part of my tour plan.・Ski roomIt was divided into a space to put a board and a space to put boots. There was no stove in the boardroom. There was a stove in the boot storage area, but when I put my boots on the next morning, they weren't dry at all.·bathThere are three showers and a bathtub that can accommodate at least two people at the same time. The changing room was just big enough for three people. There are several chairs outside where you can sit while waiting for the bath. There were stickers showing the times when the baths could be used, but each sticker had a different time.・Customer serviceThere was no explanation at all about check-out, bathing, meal times, etc., and I was impressed by his arbitrary and arrogant attitude.A male employee was yelling at groups sitting at other tables even though he was eating, and was complaining at a loud enough volume that could be heard from the kitchen to the dining table. The female employee didn't even explain the necessary information, so I had to ask her everything from me, and she gave me indifferent and rude responses.·mealDinner included unlimited rice refills, and breakfast included all-you-can-drink tea and coffee. The salad reminded me of the unique flavor of convenience store cut vegetables. I was surprised that other reviews, including the main soup, were highly praised.・Other facilities, etc.Perhaps because the building is old, stink bugs were everywhere, and there were also a few ladybugs in the room. Our room was small and there was no extra space for the futon. There is one shared hair dryer and two washbasins for each 4th or 5th room on the 1st floor. There are no such items in the changing rooms of the baths, so it gets crowded. The toilet door is in a state of disrepair and requires a little force to open and close. My friend had given up on using the toilet. Also, the electricity is turned off automatically, so if you don't change it, you'll have to defecate in the dark.

I used it on a snowboarding trip for my university club.I rented clothes, and my friend was charged about 5,000 yen for the damage, even though the bottom one was torn, but when she returned it, she found out it wasn't there. .Also, the check-out time was said to be 11 o'clock, but at the last minute it was suddenly changed to 10 o'clock, and I was told to hurry over the in-house announcement. As mentioned in another review, it seems to be run by a couple, but I got the impression that they had a bad attitude. Also, there are stink bugs. The bathroom also has three showers. The room we stayed in didn't have a shower, so we took a bath at the right time.

There are many hotels in Naeba that are expensive but have poor food, but Cascade's food is delicious. The bath is small, but there is a day-trip hot spring facility nearby, so if you like a large public bath, you might want to go there! It's cheaper to make a reservation directly by phone!

What I felt when I stayed here this time was that the male employee's attitude changes depending on his mood and the person. We were 5 students. There's a place to put your skis, but after I came back from skiing the day before, I found the stove on, so I thought I could turn it on, but when I turned it on, a person suddenly came down the stairs and told me I shouldn't make the stove red. Yes! What are you doing? I was yelled at. So they turned off the stove and we changed our clothes, freezing.Afterwards, while we were changing, you came over again and threw the slippers you left at us, making a mess! Just because you're a customer doesn't mean you can do anything! The words were thrown out.He didn't say anything to the person who had been there the day before, but yelled at us, so I got the impression that he was selective about his customers. Was he being criticized because he was a student? No matter how much you are a student, I don't think it's okay to act in a way that makes people uncomfortable or throw things at them.Thank you for your kind attitude when we checked out. When I was told that, I understood that I should just say something good at the end so that I wouldn't write a bad review.I don't really want to give a 1 star because just because the ending is good doesn't mean everything is good, but because of this kind of customer service, I will give a 1 star.

The rice is delicious. The equipment is old (the kerosene stove was made by National), but this is the default for guesthouses at ski resorts.Even in the middle of winter, even if the door is closed, I can't figure out where the bugs are coming in, and there are bugs in my room (4 in one night), but I guess it can't be helped since there are a lot of stink bugs this year.
