Breakfast could not be reserved from the beginning.(We recommend that you pack some food in advance.)There was no shower room, so I showered in an internal public bathhouse.It was mid-February, and the air in the tatami room was so cold that I covered myself with three layers of blankets, but my knees and feet were cold, and I had to sleep with a hat on. Since I didn't have time to eat breakfast nearby, I paid 640 yen for herbal tea at the shopping area of Yuzawa Station.The cleaning condition was clean. I think it was less cost-effective than the APA Hotel in Tokyo.Because it was cold, I slept with my body temperature raised, which was an advantage in that my brown fat was burned.

I used it on a ski trip.The hostess' customer service was very pleasant, and I was able to see some interesting things in the space lined with retro items.The hot springs were great, the futon was comfortable, and it was more than the price.

The landlady is very kind and speaks good English. She is very smooth in the process of booking confirmation and post-arrival communication. She will even recommend a better place for lunch. The hotel is generally old, but the room is very clean and full of Japanese-style tatami mats. , can only be a big push. If I visit Echigo-Yuzawa again, I will stay at this hotel.

Hot springs are centrally managed. A simple alkaline hot spring with a source temperature of 56.2℃ and a pH of 8.1. Naturally flowing from the source. No heating.There is one indoor bath for men and women.You can take a bath from 15:00 until check-out. Hot water that feels soft to the touch.

The cheerful proprietress will give you a pleasant reception.The breakfast is hearty and the Koshihikari from Niigata is also excellent.The hot springs are kept at a perfect temperature, so you can soak in them for a long time.By all means, even outside of ski season.

Although it is a little far from the downtown area, the Japanese-style room with tatami mats was a hidden gem, quiet and comfortable. The hostess was kind and helpful, and the newly renovated toilet and large refrigerator were very convenient. If the cost performance was a little better, I might order it again.

I stayed at Fuji Rock for 3 nights.It's close to the station and has good access.The hostess and staff are all very polite, courteous, and nice people, and I've come to love this inn.I stayed in the annex, and although the building itself looked old, I thought it was well-maintained, clean, and carefully cleaned. Fresh flowers were also placed in the hallway, making us feel welcome.I chose the no-meal plan, but since it was during the Fuji Rock period, fruit, rice balls, tea, vegetables, coffee, etc. were provided for free, so I was looking forward to waking up in the morning and going to the main building to eat. I would like to stay there again next time, thinking how luxurious it would be if the plan included a meal.The baths in the main building are newer and cleaner, but the hot water in both the main building is nice and clean, and I feel like my skin has improved. There were also comics and you could do your laundry. If the bath gets crowded, there is a hot spring at the station, so it's not a problem at all.The hospitality was so great that I felt so comfortable that I ended up lounging around at the inn rather than going to the festival early in the morning.There were a lot of guests staying at Fuji Rock, so it must have been difficult, but it was a wonderful trip. thank you very much.

The landlady? He seemed arrogant or rather strange. At check-in, we were instructed to disinfect our hands using only our chin and gestures, and when we checked out, we were greeted with "Aasu". Also, shampoo etc. were not replenished properly. There were some decent employees and the location was okay, but I won't be using it anymore. I was also surprised that payment was only in cash.P.S.: Can I use a credit card? When I asked the landlady, she said, "No, we only accept cash!" so I paid in cash.
