I helped my children ski several times when they were small.The man at the inn (I think he's an old man by now) was a kind person, although he didn't talk much. The food at the inn, prepared by an aunt, had a warm, home-cooked flavor, and I quite liked the taste of the inn.The inn is old and looks like a pension, but the room was warm even during ski season, and I only had to turn down the heating when I slept.I want to go again someday.Thank you for the family memories!However, it is certainly not a luxury inn.If you're looking for a luxurious feel, I think you'd be better off staying at another rich hotel, but my family just loves skiing! Rather than a luxurious stay, I wanted to enjoy a homely stay with my family that wouldn't strain the family budget, so Kashiwaya took care of me and I have really fond memories!Uncles and aunts, please stay healthy!

The rooms and bathrooms are old, and there's nothing Instagrammable about them. If you are looking for that kind of thing, I recommend another hotel. However, this inn has some good qualities that Prince Hotels do not have. In a way, it feels like being at home... I've only stayed once, but I really like this inn.

I used it as an accommodation to go see the autumn leaves at Naeba Dragondora.Since we arrived late at night and left early the next morning, we stayed overnight without meals.It seems to be run by a pleasant older couple.Even though I arrived late at night, my husband was very accommodating and informed me about the congestion situation at Dragondora the next day.Although it is small, you can also take a bath in the hot spring ♨️. Pension-like appearance. It feels more like a training camp for university club activities than a hot spring inn. There is no air conditioner or refrigerator in the room. You can drink coffee in the lobby. The bath is a mild natural hot spring.There may be some restaurants open during the Fuji Rock and ski season, but I don't think there are any restaurants open at other times of the year, so I don't recommend staying without meals unless you're touring on a motorcycle. The food tastes like home cooking.There are no yukatas, so you will need to bring your own sleeping clothes.
