Thank you for taking care of my family.The good thing☆The omelet made by the chef during the morning buffet and the lobster sauce on it were very delicious.Miso grilled beef for dinner is delicious.It was great to be able to see the mountains from the room!The hot springs were clear and colorless and very warm!It felt good to see the foreign man moving so efficiently!What was disappointing★The morning buffet just happened to overlap with the group, so we ended up lining up. If I knew the group's time, I would have been able to change the time a little, so I think it would have been nice if the front desk had provided guidance.I went to the open-air bath (women's bath) on the 7th floor in the morning, but it was very warm and cold.Overall I'm satisfied. thank you very much.

This inn has been familiar to Niigata residents for many years from the commercial ``What I Can Provide for You.'' I've known this inn since I was a child, but I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to stay here.Access is a 10-15 minute walk from the station, which at first glance looks close, but the west side of the station is a mountainous area with quite a few ups and downs, so if you're not confident, we recommend booking a shuttle.I stayed in the most basic Japanese-style room, and since it was a bargain plan, there was no guidance to the room, no raising and lowering of the futon, and no tea service.``This is just right for people who are used to business hotels,'' and I was rather grateful.The inn was already there when I was a child, so the facilities and interior have dated for some time, but the daily cleaning by the staff was properly managed and the inn was clean enough.However, for those with back pain, the futon was too thin and we had to put a comforter on it, so I would like to see an improvement in this area...Also, since the building was built before the word barrier-free took root, there were some steps and poor lighting that made it difficult to see your feet, so if you have any concerns about your legs or back, a renovated room may be a better option.Although I like hot springs, I don't really like public baths, so this time I decided to go for a private bath...Please note that the system requires you to reserve a private bath when you check in to the hotel, so if you have a desired time, it will be easier to get your desired time slot if you check in as early as possible.Is the bath itself about 1 tatami + α? It's neither too wide nor too narrow, and fits comfortably.The time limit is 45 minutes, but there are one-hour time slots, so I was able to relax and not have to worry about dirt from people in front of me, probably because they inspected and cleaned the space every time.However, since you have to return the key to the front desk by the time limit, I ended up running out of time while relaxing and ended up running to get out of the bath, so please be careful...lolThe next morning after one night.The breakfast venue is just a stone's throw away from your room, and the delicious aroma of grilling fish floods into your room, stimulating your hunger.I intentionally arrived at the venue at different times, so I was guided to my seat without having to wait.The menu includes salads, french fries, bacon, etc., which are common these days, as well as Tochio's aburage (which is not deep-fried tofu) and aburage (this is important).No matter how you look at it, the nameko mushrooms, which are not sold at local supermarkets, can be added to miso soup as a topping, or depending on how well they are prepared, you can have freshly made tempura.I felt that they were trying to use local ingredients within a limited budget, and I was very satisfied because it was actually delicious.

There are 4 hot springs, and the genders are swapped. There are plenty of indoor baths and open-air baths, and Sato-no-yu in particular had a great atmosphere!

There were lots of hot springs and it was fun.A cave bath!I was also happy to have a choice of shampoo and conditioner.However, the open-air bath on the 7th floor is completely visible?!It takes courage to enter (lol)The building feels old, but it is clean and a good old hotel!The food was also very delicious.Breakfast buffet is at The Hotel✨There are so many menus to choose from!Onion soup, it's delicious with gooey onions (*´༥` *)Refill!!!It was a nice trip to Niigata.thank you very much!

Room are well maintained and comes with a separate bath and toilet . My room come with a high capacity aircon so no more stuffy room.Dinner are decent , nothing to shout .Onsen are great as they have 2 different floor Unfortunately they are not linked and you have to get dressed and a “long walk” .Level 6 onsen have a few small little pool with medicated herbs infused . Onsen is swapped in the evening at 7pmShort walk to the train station and hotel also provide feeder bus .Highly recommended

We visited as a women's travel group for the first time.It was my first time in Echigo Yuzawa, so I didn't have high expectations...The hospitality of the staff made me think that Niigata people are really kind.thank you very much.It was my first time to take a bath in the public bath all night long. I'm very happy. The 6th floor is full of nature and wonderful. But can you see the entire 7th floor? I thought it wasn't...You can also cook like this! That's what came out, so I have nothing to say.Thank you to all the staff for your warm hospitality.

Arrived after 4pm. The entrance is dark and deserted, and the front desk staff is unambitious and less friendly than most business hotels these days. You can carry heavy luggage to your room without having to carry any luggage.The room is suitable for the price.There was no electricity in the bathroom sink, and I felt like they didn't even check the equipment before check-in.The bottom of the indoor bath is covered with waterproof tape as an emergency measure, so there is concern about water leakage.At the end of the day, Goki-sama appeared in the bathroom and I was a little depressed.I couldn't tell my family about it, so I handled it quietly and complained to the front desk.The building itself is a solid building and is the nicest of the hotels in the area, but the service is lacking.After reducing costs due to various changes in the environment, it seems like the quality of the products is high, but the service has deteriorated significantly.When I checked out, the landlady came to greet me and handed me an apology gift, but I was like, ``Hey, are you there?''Even if you can only come at the end.The young children at the party were in good spirits. The only girl in the breakfast room had a strong impression.It's a shame anyway.

Thank you for taking care of me for two nights and three days.The room was new, clean, and had plenty of amenities.The food was delicious and the morning buffet had a wide variety.The large public baths are located on the 6th and 7th floors, and are open for men and women in the daytime. As someone who loves hot springs, it's disappointing that women spend so little time using them. I guess the gentleman is still given priority... I was also looking forward to seeing saunas in both rooms, but one was like a storage room.There was no hot water in the kakeyu pot, so it was dry, and when I asked the person in charge at the entrance, there was no hot water. Apparently plumbing work is in progress.There were some bathrooms that could not be used.I stayed for several nights and thoroughly enjoyed myself, so my rating is good.All the staff were also very kind.

I've been going there since my first visit 16 years ago. There are plenty of baths, and check-out is later than other hotels, which is helpful. It's a luxury hotel, but please give it a try. We aim for it when it's cheap!

Thank you for your help for the first time.The room was a Japanese style room and very clean. However, the position of the TV in the room was a little strange. Maybe it can't be helped because the windows are so big... It was a little difficult to watch the Olympics while sleeping on a futon after dinner.The bath was luxurious. The room also had an indoor bath and an open-air bath! (Door in the back of the photo) There were also two types of baths on the 6th and 7th floors, and men and women could take baths at different times. Unfortunately, although I was able to use the open-air bath on the 7th floor, I was unable to use the open-air bath that was replaced at 7:00 pm because it was dinner time. That was a little disappointing. If only I had noticed earlier (sweat)The rice was delicious. Dinner was Japanese Kaiseki cuisine! As expected, the fish was very delicious. Breakfast was a buffet. I thought it was Japanese food, but it also had Chinese food, which I thought was an interesting combination. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious.It can't be helped, but the footsteps upstairs were very loud. I felt a little disappointed as they were busy working until around 11pm, probably because they had children.

There are many baths, and the people in my family who love baths had a lot of fun.For dinner, we prepared something similar to a children's lunch, and the children were happy because they had something of their own.Breakfast was a buffet, so it was a little difficult with a 1 and 2 year old.

I stay there every year.It's a great hotel. It's very convenient to eat. The only drawback is that there is no place to wash clothes when you stay for a long time. It would be even better if the hotel has a self-service washing machine. I recommend it to many people. It's really great.

There was no noticeable dust in the room, so I think it was kept clean even though it was old.However, the toilet smelled so bad that I tried not to use it as much as possible.My room was on the 5th floor, but from the window I could see the mountains in front of me, and when I looked in the back right, I saw a hut that looked like it was about to collapse. The scenery is not very nice.In particular, there was no drink service, and although I usually take food photos, I didn't see any food that was worth taking as a souvenir.If it weren't for the Hokuriku support discount for one night and two meals, I wouldn't think it was worth the price. I wondered if there was.It was a Showa-style inn that was neither good nor bad.

The front desk was spacious and decorated with beautiful fresh flowers, and the hostess was very attentive.I was able to take care of my luggage after check-out, so I could enjoy sightseeing in a light manner.After that, I was kindly provided with pick-up and drop-off outside of business hours.Enjoy a fun dinner in a spacious private roomI enjoyed it only in a group.The rice that I couldn't finish was made into an onigiri rice ball.It was truly a great hospitality.

◽️20240608 I came to stay. I liked that the late night ramen was open until late. The public baths are open for men and women depending on the time of day, but the sauna is only on one side, so I couldn't use it.
