One of the reasons I came to Ishiuchi Maruyama was to eat Tare Katsudon!There is a sign posted at the entrance that says the store opens at 11:30, so we visited around that time. Since it was February's peak season, I expected there to be a lot of competition for seats, but the restaurant was reserved for everyone, so I was the only one relaxing. Is it because there are many restaurants in Ishiuchi Maruyama? This is a hidden gem.The Tare Katsudon was very delicious and I was able to eat it elegantly while looking out at the beautiful scenery outside.The host was also friendly and talked to me about various things!It was as if they had come to visit us for some food, and it was as if they had forgotten that it was lunchtime on the slopes during the peak season (lol).I would like to visit again.

I received the famous tare cutlet.There are 3 large cutlets on top. The sauce soaks up the rice nicely, and the aroma of the green nori goes perfectly with the rice.This portion costs 1,400 yen, the location is difficult to access, and there are no rush of customers, so you can relax.If there is a sign, the store is open and you can enter. CLOSED by the window is always in that state, so please judge by your own discretion.

The sauce katsudon is freshly fried and crispy, and with three pieces on top, it's very filling!The ramen is also delicious with hard noodles 🎵The owner is a father with taste (￣▽￣)
