Great place to stay with fantastic service and management. Nice rooms, good location, good breakfast. The Kinta family was very welcoming and even invited us to join in a birthday party with them!

I stayed at the Kinta Naeba for a skiing long weekend with friends. From pick-up at the bus stop, we were impressed with the friendly service and helpful information we were given. …

Immediately after arriving, the room was shivering at the temperature of the refrigerator for about an hour.I paid the service charge separately on site, but I wonder if there was a service? I packed my bags myself, turned the lights on and off myself, and was shivering all the way to the bathroom.

Location is near the South Gate of Naeba Ski Resort and breakfast is very good. When I booked through Yahoo Japan, it was clearly stated that tax is already included. However, I was informed only when checking out that tax is not included, and I will need to pay an additional 5% for the room and snowboard rental. Apparently Yahoo Japan is stating it wrongly. I wished this could have been clarified upfront so that there is no misunderstanding.

I used it on a ski trip to Naeba. It was about a 5 minute walk from the ski slopes, and lift tickets were cheaper than buying them at the ski resort. Rental boards can be rented cheaply on the first floor of the inn, and the arrangements were made smoothly. The bath was a good size and had an open-air bath, and the food was delicious. The hospitality of the owner and staff is high, and I think it's a nicer hotel than the price.I still want to use it.

I stayed here for the Yuming Naeba concert. The venue, Naeba Prince Hotel, is about a 5-minute walk away. This is a fun building with a combination of exposed concrete and different materials. The main building has a reception and dining space, and the main building has a separate tower building where you have to put on your shoes and cross the road. The facilities in the room and in the bathroom were not new, but they were clean. Although I had already reserved and paid for my stay online, I paid an additional 800 yen service charge when I checked out.The route bus to Echigo-Yuzawa Station was crowded with concertgoers, so they were very helpful in sending me to a suitable bus stop. I don't think it's a service that always comes with it, but luckily the owner took care of me. Is breakfast homemade? Two types of bread and something like risotto. Each one is delicious, but it's a carbohydrate festival. It's a pity that I couldn't finish it all.
