Self-contained room on the 2nd floor of a 2-storey townhouse. Clean, new, cozy facilities, large terrace, fully equipped kitchen.The surrounding space is quiet, the Japanese neighbors are very friendly and open when meeting us.The room is suitable for families of 4-8 people.It should be noted that the bunk beds are a bit rickety, and the stairs to the high and narrow room are a bit difficult for the elderly if they have luggage.The evening from 8pm onwards is a bit sad because there are no activities, most shops close early. But in return it is quiet

The check-in procedure was a bit cumbersome and required checking everyone's passport and personal video. The room was spacious, there was a discount plan for foreigners, the pots were complete, and there were free hot spring coupons. However, on the second night of the stay, the heating, two induction cookers, and water heaters were used at the same time. The power went out, and the 24-hour emergency contact number couldn't be reached (I sent an email, but found out the next day that there was a reply half an hour after the message was sent), so I had to ask relatives living in Japan and neighbors across the street to help continue the call, and asked family members who were on the tour last week The tour guide helped find the main power switch box and asked the neighbors to call the police. The police came very efficiently and solved the problem, but they also missed the hot spring business hours.

Easy access from Yuzawa Station,Although cars can be parked comfortably,The check-in procedure is troublesome and all guestsYou have to put your face in front of the tablet and say your name. It is unclear why the ID is required to be presented in advance.There is a set amount of EcoCute to use when using water (bathroom, cooking, etc.), and when staying with multiple people, I had to carefully monitor the available usage time, which made me extra careful.

The facility is still new and has a large terrace, making it perfect for traveling with dogs. We are responding to the coronavirus by checking in using a tablet.

It is a newly built accommodation. The single-family house is very suitable for group travel! There is a kitchen inside for everyone to cook (with some simple kitchen utensils and tableware for everyone to use), and bathrooms, toilets and washing machines are also available.It’s not too far to walk from the station (but there is a downhill slope, so dragging luggage will be a bit harder)Overall it was a good stay experience

📍LocationIt's about 5-7 minutes' walk from Echigo-Yuzawa, so it's easy to find. Although it is a little far away from several big hotels in the hot spring street, it is still acceptable. You can still find food at the station, and it's about a 5-10 minute walk from a supermarket or convenience store nearby.📍EnvironmentThe room is in very good condition. It can accommodate about six people (you can spread the floor), which is very suitable for a group of friends. It is commendable to have a small kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.📍PeopleAlthough it is a self-service check in/out machine, I met a handsome guy from Taichung, Taiwan working here. He was very considerate and even led the way to the door of the room and offered to help with the luggage. It would be better if we could get to know each other better. I hope to see you again.
