I used it for a ski trip with my family during the year-end and New Year holidays.All of the hotel staff were kind.They also rented skis and carefully taught the children how to put on their boots.I also felt that the rental fee was a good deal.Both breakfast and dinner were very delicious.The bath soothed my tired legs from skiing.Thank you for your help.I would like to use it again.

Stayed here for a Yoga Retreat. Very helpful staff with an extraordinary vegetarian spread (needs pre booking)
Its an old hotel so rooms show signs of aging but clean and functional overall

I don't want to go there again.Grandma has a bad attitude. I went there with four friends in their 20s, but it didn't feel like young people were welcome. Although we responded politely, the hotel staff always talked to us from above, which made me very uncomfortable.There is no temperature control function in the room, no refrigerator, no tissue box, and no amenities such as cups and combs. No elevator facility.Food photography is prohibited, and yukatas are prohibited inside the facility.The sanitary conditions in the drying room (also known as a storeroom) and large bath are poor.The website says there will be a 400 yen discount per person if you don't use the bathroom in your room, but I was not informed of this and would not be able to receive the discount unless I requested it at the time of reservation.I'm sure families and people in their 40s and 50s will be treated with respect. We recommend that young people stay at other hotels even if they have to spend a little more money.

This is a homely inn run by a family. The roasted marshmallows and freshly ground hot coffee in the fireplace were delicious. The food was delicious, mainly Western food. My child doesn't like children's lunches, so it was nice that the children's dishes were the same as those for adults, but the portions were smaller. I was very satisfied with my child's ski rental because they had a thorough dialogue with me and selected the ski rental for me. The price was about half the price of renting at a ski resort.

I made a reservation by mistake because the name was very similar to Naeba Prince Hotel...★Be careful! The hotel itself may not be a problem, but it can easily lead to misunderstandings, so this is my personal opinion, but if possible, I would like the hotel to be named something like "Naeba no Haru." I think it's not a bad name if you interpret springs as spring.

It's not too bad with the price since you only go there for snowboarding anyway so overall it's great as you know itself Japanese service is mostly great! The location is in a good spot as well. Easy to find

The accommodation is simple and comfortable. The caretaker is a kind and elderly person. It is close to the ski slopes. There are delicious restaurants nearby.

Although the hotel is very old, it is well-maintained and clean, and the old lady at the lobby reception desk is kind. The walls of the room are decent, but the door is a little thin, so voices from the hallway can be heard a little. However, since the main customers were families, there were not many people making a fuss and it was comfortable. Dinner is a full-course Western meal, which is moderate in quantity and not luxurious, but delicious. Breakfast is simple. You can walk to Naeba Ski Resort, but you can also get a shuttle to the south gate every 30 minutes in the morning and evening. The nearest bus stop is a local bus from Yuzawa Station, which is a few minutes walk away. If you take the express bus, get off at the last stop, Naeba Ski Resort (in front of Prince Hotel), and walk for 5-10 minutes, depending on your preference.
