Better than next door. I thought so, butWhen I went there for the first time in about 5 years, the whole building was so dilapidated that the door to the room couldn't be closed properly. The futon looked old and I had house dust allergy symptoms. Also, there seems to be a gap in the room, so mosquitoes keep coming in.I couldn't sleep properly due to allergy symptoms.

The room is in an apartment, but it is very clean and has a nice view. There is a bath carved out of a monolith, and the baths for men and women alternate daily. The spiny lobsters for dinner are fresh, sweet and delicious. The fish dishes are really delicious.
