I've been there several times and I've always had a relaxing time. The hot springs that you can bathe in alternately are attractive. Dinner is also luxurious, but the original tofu is very delicious and my favorite.

The famous hot springs that will warm you to the core, the delicious meals from Niigata, and the garden surrounded by charming trees will make you enjoy a relaxing vacation. There is also a free shuttle bus from Niigata Station, so access is not inconvenient even in winter. In addition to guest rooms in the main building overlooking the garden, there are unique guest rooms such as the renovated Takimitei and outbuildings. Takimitei guest rooms do not have bathtubs, but have shower booths. For breakfast, there were many simple but flavorful items, such as tofu made with famous water and homemade pickles, which left an impression on me. Live jazz performances are held regularly to entertain guests.

I found Choseikan while searching for radium hot springs and made a reservation. Although the building is not new, it was well kept and felt clean. The guest room floor and large bath are sparkling clean. There is a place where you can drink radium water, and my family and I drank it as much as time allowed. It was soft and delicious, and I bought a plastic bottle to take home as a souvenir. The people at the hotel are also kind. Having a shuttle car was also appealing. Thank you for your help.If things improve from here, wouldn't it get better? This is a comment → Please forgive me. There was a bit of an old building smell when I entered. The smell of cedar, cypress, and incense made me feel soothed as soon as I arrived. It's an elevator, but the doors close so quickly that my mother got stuck many times (bitter smile). I was also looking forward to the meal, which I didn't think was bad, but it was average. I thought it would be better to create a decisive factor even if we reduced the number of items.

The hot springs are nice and the food is delicious. I was impressed from beginning to end. The inside of the building is old but has been renovated and kept clean. All the staff members were also very nice. The bedding was also extremely comfortable. The rating is 4.5.

It was a heartwarming hot spring inn!I came here with my wife who is 8 months pregnant. There was no particular maternity plan, so I just wrote in the notes that I was pregnant and made an online reservation.We were just talking, ``If you can't eat sashimi, I should just eat it.''And on the day.The receptionist was very considerate of my wife and helped me carry my luggage to the room. We were also surprised that the chairs in the room were a little more expensive, and the coffee and tea provided were non-caffeinated.At dinner, the sashimi was changed to roast pork for my wife, and the tea at the end was caffeine-free, which was beyond surprising.I was very happy that all the employees knew that I was a pregnant woman and were very willing to accommodate me. The source is a cold spring, but it is heated to hot water, and the open-air bath is spacious and you can enjoy both the source and hot water for a long bath.After taking a bath, the hot spring water you can drink in the lobby is cold and delicious!The site is spacious and has a beautiful garden, and the cute oni tiles made by onigawara craftsmen are a nice accent! A long-established inn located in the forest. The main attraction is the radium hot springs, which have a large amount of hot water, and the radon that bubbles up. During my stay, I was able to stay in a special room with a private open-air bath, Gozu Ryokusuian, so that I could enjoy it as much as I wanted. It's located in a forest famous for cherry blossoms in the spring, so there's no sunlight, so it can be a bit damp, but next time I'd like to go when the cherry blossoms are in bloom.

It was a large hotel with good facilities, and it was a clean and calm Japanese-style room. There was a radium spring drinking corner in the lounge, and you could drink draft beer cheaply during happy hour. The food was pretty average, but it was delicious. The open-air hot spring bath had a cold spring at 26℃ and a hot bath at about 40℃, and the alternating baths were very pleasant.There was also a free shuttle to Niigata Station, which took about 45 minutes by microbus through the countryside.

I went to a renovated room.The illuminated garden was beautiful and wonderful.Every dish was delicious. The meal was delicious. It may have been beautified, but when I went there before the renovations, you could eat in your room, the dishes were carefully decorated, and there was a larger selection of items.

★4 is difficult! Some people simply give 4 stars, but I would like to give it to accommodations that I would definitely like to proceed with! However, overall I would like to give it a 3..8! The pick up and drop off takes about 40 minutes from Niigata Station, and the car in front of us was a very rough elderly driver! I'm also an elderly flyer, but the average person is scary! Take a close look at the photos! Unfortunately, the open-air bath is wonderful and the spring water is good.It gets a 4 star rating, and the indoor bath has a good amount of hot water, but there are few washing areas, and the quality and service of shampoo, conditioner, aftershave lotion, etc. is poor! The quality of each item is high, but the number of items is too small! No drink service either! If these things are improved, it will get a ★4!★For 4.5, I would like to see further improvement in room amenities, meal service based on the price difference, room wear, slippers, baskets, etc.! P.S. After 13 years, the quality of the spring water is popular with my wife!

I also feel that there is a need for a sign with etiquette in the bathroom.It's been a while, but I'm disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the hot water slowly.

In early April, I had a course of Niigata Wagyu beef and seasonal fish from the Sea of Japan for 27,500 yen for 2 consecutive nights, but the main dish, abalone, did not come out for dinner on the first day, so I complained, but since the customer was staying multiple nights, it would be served tomorrow. I thought something would come out instead without lowering the grade, but it didn't.It was the same as the general 19,000 yen course.Since it was a Kishou celebration that day, I ordered a special dish of sea bream with tail, but it was frozen and it was terrible.In my experience, the fact that the head chef's name is not written on the menu is proof that he is not responsible.There is no point in upgrading the food at this inn.Encourages serious reflection on the part of the hostess and head chef.

The restorative power of the radium hot springs caught my eye, so I decided to take advantage of the day trip hot spring plan. I immediately went to the bath, and when I went through the tunnel to the open-air bath, there was a large bath with plenty of hot water, and a slightly cold bath of 28 degrees, and my body felt warm as I took alternate baths 🤗In the garden lunch box for lunch The milk tofu, which cannot be taken home, was thick, smooth, and delicious. I also had a second helping of Koshihikari from Sasagami, and it was a very satisfying day💪

Choseikan, located in Murasugi Onsen, famous for its radium springs, has a magnificent garden and a building that looks like a good old ryokan.There is a radium source attached to the very large open-air bath, and taking turns bathing with the cold source is very beneficial for the body. There are also three private baths, so you and your family can relax and enjoy the radium springs.At dinner time, there are a lot of local sakes available, as you would expect from Niigata, which is a sake kingdom. There is also an abundance of seafood such as sashimi and grilled fish, which pair perfectly with local sake.It was winter when I visited, but the weather was relatively warm and sunny, so I was fine with the cold spring water, but I'm worried about what it would be like on a very cold day.

Stayed on weekdays. I had a quiet and comfortable stay at this inn located in a quaint hot spring town. The open-air bath in the large public bath was large and the water was lukewarm, so I was able to take a long bath. For dinner, you can enjoy plenty of delicious food and rice, so we recommend coming on an empty stomach. Breakfast was just the right amount, rice, boiled tofu, pickles, etc. were all delicious and I enjoyed the typical Niigata flavor. The hot spring manju I bought as a souvenir was also delicious. I thought it would be nice to go out to the garden if the weather was nice. The smiles of all the staff were very nice. It was a good trip.Also, the shuttle bus stopped at Hyoko on the way, which was also nice.

One of the largest inns in Murasugi onsen area. We enjoyed the stay. It has a large lobby with very nice view of the garden. The garden is very large and well maintained and nice to look at. I wish this was spring as I would see a lot more activities. The room was nice, having adjourning room for sleeping. Food was great and the accommodate my request for no meat. The bath was large and pleasant.
