My stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. They were incredibly attentive, always greeting me with a smile and anticipating my needs before I even had to ask.The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking. Whether it was watching the sunrise or enjoying a sunset from my room, the scenery was something out of a dream. It made the experience feel even more special. As for the food—wow! Every meal was a culinary delight. The variety and quality of the dishes were top-notch, and it was clear that a lot of care went into preparing each one. From breakfast to dinner, everything was delicious and beautifully presented.I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay, with all the little details that make it truly memorable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

It's been a year since I last visited you on a business trip.If you take a taxi from Shinagawa Station,With a lovely smile from the doormanI was welcomed. You can see Tokyo Tower from your roomI was also able to take a relaxing bath. The customer service in Okura is really good.Decorations that feel the seasons,Cake in the loungeDinner at Toukarin(I didn't know what time the work would finish, so I called unexpectedly, but they were able to guide me.)Enjoy champagne at the bar in the evening...A space for adults that even one person can fully enjoy.I am very happy to be away from my children for the first time in a while. It was for 2 days.
