The bed is large and comfortableNetflix is almost doneIt is an unmanned hotel so it has its pros and cons - luggage storageThe location is great, and the cost-effectiveness is pretty good.If you're going with two friends, it's a king bed with two single beds attached, so it's a much better choice than sleeping in a regular 3-star double bed!Room conditions are similar to 2-3 star hotels.

As soon as you come in, you can smell the motel smell. The bed feels like a spring. It is recommended for cost-effective college students in their early 20s, but not recommended considering the value of travel fatigue.I made a reservation at Akyuta from Wednesday to Friday. The other place was about 30, but I tried to do it there, but I ended up doing it here. I guess it's just raining, but I always live with the thought that cheap is expensive, but I don't know why I always live like this.

Pros: Amazing water pressure, cheap price, easy access to Tenjin, Nakasu, and Hakata stations.Cons: Everything else...!!!!!!!- No luggage storage as it is unmanned (it’s cheap so it’s okay)- The towel smelled fantastic. I asked for a replacement and tried to change it, but the new towel smelled the same. The laundry company's facilities seemed to be dirty (when I wiped it, the smell got on my body and I had to wash it again. I had to use the towel I brought).- Dust everywhere. I feel uncomfortable.- I pushed the bed slightly and the legs came off and collapsed (I passed because I changed the room. The bed still creaked where I moved it).- No table (wet mop the floor once and then eat on the floor)- Separate bathroom and shower room(I thought this was an advantage, but the foul smell of urine in the bathroom is so fantastic that I feel like this is a disadvantage)- The blinds are so good that I can't do anything about the sunlight that came through early in the morning. It’s so dazzling that I’m forced to wake up.- No water provided.- What I don't understand is that there is a 'tablet with a camera' in the room (it seems to be used for communication with the owner, such as service requests, but the camera seems to be remotely controlled, so couples should be careful). For one reason or another, I paid for two days and then made a new payment and moved to another place in one day.If you have already traveled to Japan, pay a reasonable price and stay in a good place.I've been to Fukuoka three times recently and this was the worst accommodation. I didn't get a good rest on the first day, so my entire travel schedule was ruined. I keenly felt that the condition of the accommodation was important.

It's bigger and better than I thought. There is a washing machine and microwave, and although it is an unmanned hotel, checking in is not as difficult as you might think.

It was the worst hotel.Unlike the picture, the walls were in tatters and the screws of the bed had come off and the backrest was wobbly. The whole bed is shaky. The toilet also smelled. The air conditioner didn't turn on and I couldn't use it even if I pressed the controller, so I pressed the forced power button and it finally started, but I couldn't change the temperature, etc.The towels had a very dry smell and made me feel very uncomfortable. The check-in process was also terrible.I was told that information on how to enter the room would be sent by email, but it never came even after the reservation was confirmed, so I inquired via air bnb message, but there was no reply, so I called. I did. Then, a foreigner from Katakoto responded and asked me to send a message, but when I told him I had already sent it, he sent me the login information.I then entered the information sent to me, but I was unable to complete check-in.When I inquired again, I was told that I didn't have to go through the check-in process and was given my room number and key number, so I was finally able to enter the room.It was incomparably worse than any other accommodation experience I've had so far.Wouldn't a cheap homestay in Southeast Asia be much better?I would never use this chain of hotels again.

I made a reservation in a hurry, so I only looked at the location and cost, but I regretted it. First of all, there was no password information from the entrance.... Since it was unmanned, there was no one to ask, but someone inside opened it.... The check-in lobby was unmanned, so the air conditioning was not in operation. The heat is so hot that you sweat. heavinessWhen I tried to check in using the tablet, I made a reservation through Agoda, but the reservation number and phone number did not match. I searched for all emails and messages, but there was nothing!!! But this is the same for other Koreans who tried to check in next to me... They all tried for a long time and searched, then called, but they said they had sent a message to the place where I made a reservation, but I received nothing... I printed out the reservation confirmation email and attached files. It wasn't there either... And maybe because there were a lot of calls from Koreans, a Korean person just answered the phone and showed me around... So I asked where I could check this, and all they said was that they sent a message... After receiving the reservation number, I checked in..... ...... The lobby is really sweaty and hell... The check-in system is also really frustrating... The location of Guraedo is good.... Please improve the check-in.

This is a no-men staying - no reception, no personnel on site!! Check-in starts at 3pm. Be sure to read instructions (email) they send you! Lobby is next to possible to breathe due to no air con nor ventilation going. Enough being said, they reply emails and you can talk to real person on iPad if you have trouble checking-in. I got in and couldn’t find wifi pw, and write a msg through Agoda, and it was within 20min I got a reply. Not bad!3-5min walk to 天神南 metro station; about 10-15min walk to 博多 area. Considering this is a convenient but quiet place; 7-11 , alcohol store, and drug store 1min away to satisfy your last minute.Air con was strong. To conclude, it’s worth the money spent. You want service go to good hotels. I’m happy with my staying considering no service. We adults travel with no kids this time :)
