It was a very satisfying stay!It was only a 3 minute walk from Echigo Yuzawa Station, so I was able to arrive at the inn without stress. The interior was Japanese-style and very clean, with plenty of amenities. There were many local kaiseki dishes served, and it was a nice system to be able to change the rice of your choice depending on how hungry you were. There are many types of baths, and some rooms even have cypress baths, so I think it's a very good inn.The staff was kind from start to finish and I would like to use them again.

It was near Echigo Yuzawa station. Being a Kyoritsu resort, it claims to be all-inclusive, and there was coffee and lemon water available 24 hours a day next to the reception. In the evening, I had a bite of bamboo shoots and had coffee with it. The baths are on the top floor, and there are free rest areas (popsicles after the bath and Yakult in the morning) in the large bath and private baths (3 locations). In the public bath, shampoo and conditioner are placed separately so that you can choose freely. This time, we had dinner at a different restaurant and had a plan that only included breakfast, but it was an exceptionally delicious breakfast and there was more than we could eat. The soups, including the fish that I grilled myself, were absolutely delicious. There was coffee and milk next to the reception desk at the breakfast venue, which was inconvenient when eating because it was far away, but we were able to take it to our room on the way home. Check-out was also at 11am, so I was able to take a nice bath and relax.

The rice, whether it's fried, boiled, or sashimi, is just above average. It was pretty tasty, but I don't think there was anything I would want to eat again.I had high expectations for the rice since it's from Niigata, but honestly it was just average. The inside of the hotel is new and clean, with a faint Japanese scent in the lobby and hallways, and a faint tea-like scent in the guest room bathrooms.Cheap and old hotels can be smelly, so that was a good thing. For the Yonaki Ramen, you could choose between regular soy sauce or ginger soy sauce. There are three private baths that do not require reservations; you can use them if they are available. There wasn't much space available in the evening though., it was empty in the morning, so I recommend it.

I stayed in the highest special room that day. There were three points of dissatisfaction.1. The electricity in the open-air bath attached to the room was cut off. It was dark so I contacted the front desk and was told that the lights wouldn't come on unless I bought them myself. When I asked him if there was a store nearby, he told me to check it out myself. At that point, it was past 11pm, so there was no way there was an electrician nearby.2. The blinds in the room were broken and wouldn't close, so I couldn't sleep because of the morning sun.3. I arrived before 4pm on the day, but I was told that the next day's breakfast would be crowded with groups, so the earliest time is recommended. Since I was late the day before, I asked if they could come a little later that evening and I didn't mind waiting, but they said they couldn't. The next day, when I looked at the restaurant at that time, there were almost no seats available.Even though I paid nearly 70,000 yen, I was very disappointed in the response. It's a shame
