I am using it for work.My PC is running a little slow, but it's useful for researching things. The height difference between the desk and chair makes it difficult to work, and the lighting is dim, making it difficult to work on documents.Only one drink is served. Curry and rice is a type of curry without any ingredients that is commonly found in internet cafes, so we often saw people bringing their own fried chicken or salad.

I used it for consecutive nights. The front desk and staff all had a relatively good impression. Before I went, I was worried because I had read the reviews about bed bugs, but there were no signs of any insects, and the sheets were changed at check-out time, so I don't think it was a problem. However, perhaps due to the infrequent cleaning, the sink was flooded with water and there was a large amount of hair on the floor. I appreciate the tissues, but I thought it would have been better to have kitchen paper as well. Also, I couldn't leave my carry-on near the bed, so I had to put the things I needed in a locker and leave my carry-on at the reception, which was a bit of a hassle. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the public bath, but the wash basins were quite crowded, so I felt like the public bath was a little-known place to use makeup.3 stars is the limit, but I thought it was okay for 3,000 yen per night.

I like the temperature of the sauna. There are lots of places to eat around. The free curry is also quite delicious.

We had booked 2 capsules for one night with a friend. But the day before at 11:59 p.m., our reservation was canceled without reason after having been charged half the amount, a week before. When we got there, the staff couldn't do anything and there were no more rooms available. We asked to be reimbursed, but we never received it after 3 reminders.

I used it when sightseeing in Tokyo. There is a lounge space where you can eat and drink, and you can eat curry and udon for free. There is also a shower room and bath, so I think it's good for overnight stays. thank you very much.2023.9.20-22

I use it often, but as the staff has changed a lot, I've noticed that the staff's poor customer service has become more noticeable. It may be someone else's business after all, but since it's customer-facing work, shouldn't there be a better way to respond? There are more things I think about. There was a male staff member at the front desk who was proudly talking to a female staff member, but I think he should be a little more conscious of what the customers thought of him.I can't tell if he's here to work or to woo a woman. The quality of the store has also dropped considerably.
