There is a check-in deadline of 8pm. Without a car, to check-in you must catch TWO trains, walk about 15 minutes, with a total of about 30 minutes to their "check-in center"- lucky we had a car, as we only found out the process after we had arrived and called them, and had to drive back to Hakata in traffic. It was a huge waste of time, and I can't imagine the pain had I needed to carry all my luggage on the metro. It was even more frustrating that check-in and entry to apartment was 100% electronic. The process at their special check-in center involved taking a photo of my passport, and being read a list of rules by a very bored and uninterested lady, followed by signing a paper to confirm that you have been told these rules and you won't break them. She advised there is no parking on site, and that I cannot park on the premises just outside or I will be heavily fined - but she failed to tell me there is metered parking literally across the doorway a few steps away. It was cheap, 500yen (finally a plus!).The apartment is a perfect size for two (even non-Asian bodies), not four as listed (you could get away with cramping 3 people in if you have minimal luggage) - size of the space in photos are very deceptive. Beds are also single size, not twin. You have a bunk, with a sofa bed underneath, and two extra futons in the loft. Loft space is not that big, OK for one person. Not everyone will be able to open their luggage at the same time. Japanese style bathroom was great, and a washing machine is provided.Location is far from central area of Hakata (15min drive) in suburban area. At least we didn't have to go back to the center to check-out as it has key-less entry. There are no lifts, so best to ask for ground floor if you have a lot of luggage. There are many other options in Fukuoka, I would not recommend Tateru (they have other apartments, so I presume all of them involve the same check-in process).

I used it for a one night trip.Check-in is located in the basement of a building approximately 1 km away. At check-in, there were several groups in line and it took several minutes for some reason. The private lodging facility was relatively new and quite clean, and the door to the room was unlocked by entering a passcode given to us (it was not an automatic lock, so we had to lock it manually once we entered the room).I'll write about the small items in the room because they weren't written down much.Resin cups (for each person), toothbrushes (for each person), hand towels in the washroom and toilet, bath towels (note: no face towels) for each person, shampoo, treatments, body soap, hair dryer, bathroom dryer available, hangers. A few items, tissue paper, a reading light on the bunk bed, 3 trash cans, several chopsticks, several paper plates, an extension cord, an electric pod (for boiling water), a circulator, Wi-Fi, a table mirror, LED emergency light, simple umbrella standIt seems that each room has a smartphone, so you can use it to contact the administrator and get tourist information, and if you carry it around, you can also use tethering for free. The room has a loft, so the ceiling is high and it feels open, but the air conditioner is near the ceiling, so it takes a while to warm up when using the heater, but the room was very comfortable (the bunk beds made some squeaking noises) ).It seems that if you leave the tap water running for more than 10 minutes, a safety device will activate and cut off the gas, but it was okay to fill the bathtub with hot water (if the water is cut off, press the button on the outside gas meter) It seems like I have to press it).To check out, all you have to do is leave your room by 10am, and you don't have to lock the front door (you don't have to go to the check-in building or contact us). So, I was grateful to be able to go straight to my destination. It was a very clean and relaxing room (the interior decoration is different depending on the room. I was in room 205), so I would like to use it again!

It was a place that made me feel like I was living in Japan. It's a bit far to walk from Tenjin Station.I had a SanQ Pass so I traveled by bus.The check-in location is different, so be sure to check after making a reservation. The facility was new and very clean. It was cold at the end of October, but the warm air was very nice so I stayed warm. There is a bunker bed on the second floor and a duplex (there were 3 sets of bedding on the duplex). There is a toothbrush, towel, shampoo, body wash, dryer, washing machine, single-row clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner. There is no front desk in the building, but you can rent a cell phone that can be contacted right away.I had a problem with the induction cooker, so I contacted them, and the response was quick so there was no inconvenience (the problem was resolved quickly because there was a Korean staff member). It is an independent spaceIt was very comfortable to useIt's a perfect place except for the fact that it's far from downtown Fukuoka.

I had a comfortable stay as it was a clean facility in a quiet neighborhood. There were staff members fluent in Korean, so it was nice to receive detailed guidance during check-in.Towels cannot be added, so you have to buy powdered detergent and do the laundry. You can purchase it at a convenience store, but it would be a good idea to bring it in advance.Check-out time was 10 o'clock, which was disappointing.
