ただいま!I just returned home from a holiday to Japan and I stayed here for 5 nights. The staff, and owner especially, are lovely, friendly, and helpful people. I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. It has good access to Asakusa Station. We had a nice view of Skytree from our room!I will definitely come stay here again when I travel to Tokyo.

Lovely ryokan in a prime location.Service is of the highest Japanese hospitality level. An authentic Japanese ryokan experience, including a fridge, aircon (a savior during hot summer days and nights), hair dryer, tea facilities, toiletries, slippers, robes, and wi-fi. Laundry facilities are available for an extra fee. Very clean and pleasant. Towels are changed every day.Room, bathroom and a lift are "Japanese size", as the owner responded to my daughter's surprise about how small everything is.I've stayed in smaller hotels that were more expensive and worse positioned, and this ryokan is fantastic value for money.Location is unbeatable - everything a tourist needs is within 100 meters, including a train station. The premises are somewhat dated and the beds were not rolled up during the day, as I experienced in other ryokans, but it suited us well for this trip as we were still adjusting to the local time zone.Staff's hospitality was simply outstanding. Thank you!

After staying here for a week, I look forward to the boss saying "welcome back" to us every day when I come back. Before going out, I will ask the boss if he has any food recommendations, and the boss will answer enthusiastically. Moreover, the boss can speak basic English and Chinese and can chat with us foreigners. If you don’t know where to go in Tokyo, you can read the travel books in the living room. The boss will make many Tokyo travel notes. The room is large and four large suitcases can be opened at one time; There are elevators, washing machines and dryers, own toilets and bathrooms, public toilets, refrigerators and TVs... There are many things and they are complete.

Impeccably warm and attentive service. I was surprised when I could check in early because the room was available. Big relief when coming tired from the airport! The location is prime. The prices are extremely good value for money. WiFi is fast and seamless to connect to. Rooms can feel a little small even for those of medium height (be warned) but you get used to it quickly. Will definitely stay here again in future 😊
