I stayed for one night during the holidays.The room was a good size and comfortable. I was able to bring the necessary amenities with me in the lobby, which was very helpful as I didn't have to worry about running out of supplies.I made a reservation for 3 people, but unfortunately there were only 2 towels. If I was paying for 3 people, I would have liked to have towels prepared, but for some reason, other hotels only provide towels for 2 people each time, so there is a rule that they don't provide towels for children. I wondered if there was one.There is a parking lot behind the hotel, so if you arrive early and there's space, you won't have to use a separate parking lot, so I thought it wouldn't be inconvenient. It was empty so I was able to park in the back.There are restaurants and Aeon restaurants around the hotel, so I didn't have to worry about shopping or having dinner, so the location was very convenient.thank you very much.

Stable quality Toyoko Inn, breakfast venue is on the 14th floor. However, there are rooms on the 14th floor. I stayed on the 14th floor. There is also a lounge on the 14th floor. If the breakfast venue was crowded, you would have to share a table, so I had it in my room. Thank you for your help, I'm going 👋😃

Stayed here for bike touring. Motorcycles enter from the sidewalk, not the entrance gate. Bike parking fee is 700 yen.Staying on a Saturday in the 8,000 yen range is a good value. Recommended from Niigata Station.

It's new, so it's clean, and the TV, air conditioner, and bathroom are reasonably designed.I've been to Tsubame-Sanjo several times for work. In the winter, I choose the route inn with a large public bath, and in the summer, I choose the Toyoko Inn. Both are comfortable and satisfying. I don't use APA because the prices fluctuate depending on the high and low customer numbers.

I stayed there with a same-day reservation.The room is on the 8th floor and has a great view. Toyoko Inn is always stable indoors. No problem.Breakfast is free. The venue was on the 14th floor, so we enjoyed the view of the city of Tsubame-Sanjo in the morning.As a club card member, I can easily make reservations using the app, which is very convenient. I will use them again.

I don't want to say this too much, but this was the worst of all the hotels around here. Honestly, I don't want to stay anymore.First of all, the parking lot is tighter than most hotels around here. Only 30 minutes are free. Moreover, even though the person at the front desk told me I could just pass through, it was an error. I had to be bothered twice by the same person two days in a row, and he didn't even smile. Another person came out and took care of the issue, but I was disappointed because the person at the front desk didn't give me any sense of hospitality from the way he spoke or from his facial expressions, something that I wouldn't expect to see at any other hotel.Perhaps because of that, I was also concerned about the pink slime in the bath. For the first time, I was glad I only stayed for one night. I will use another hotel in the future if possible.

Toyoko Inn is conveniently located near Tsubame-Sanjo Station and Sanjo-Tsubame Interchange.Since it is located in the center of Sanjo, there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient location.Parking is available for 500 yen on the surface. Pay at check-in.The Roadside Station Tsubame-Sanjo Regional Center is right in front of the building, so I think it's a good idea to buy souvenirs here.There are 2 elevators. The facilities are the latest from Toyoko Inn Standard. It has a shower from the ceiling, a USB charger, and a bedside light built into the wall. Of course, Wi-Fi is free.The free breakfast venue is on the 14th floor, which is different from the typical first floor of Toyoko Inn. The view is also good. You can see the view at night, but since there are guest rooms, you need to be quiet.Draft beer with a refreshing Niigata-only flavor is sold at the vending machine on the first floor.The gym on the first floor is free for hotel guests.

Although it is a little far from Tsubame-Sanjo Station, it is a new and clean hotel. The lobby also has a modern feel, unlike other Toyoko Inns.There are Aeon and Karaoke nearby, so I don't think you'll have any trouble killing time.I also thought it was very helpful that the air conditioning was turned on in the room from the beginning when checking in. It was very helpful.I think the front desk service is also of a high standard.It was a hotel I would like to stay at again!

It's still a new business hotel, so it was clean and comfortable. There is also a gym, so if you bring your own shoes, you can exercise. The breakfast was surprisingly varied and delicious! Check-in for non-members is from 4pm.

I used it on a business trip.All Toyoko Inns are the same and not very interesting, but you don't have to worry about getting lost.I didn't think there were many restaurants nearby, but there was an Aeon next door and a restaurant inside, so it wasn't an inconvenience.The building was new, but I could hear strange noises in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep.
