The parking lot is about 600m away from the hotel, and a hotel bus will take you there. The room had a bed in a Japanese style room. The room seemed to have been renovated, but the toilet, washroom, and bath were in a unit like in a business hotel, and the toilet was small and difficult to use. To check in, first print out your reservation details on a machine, then submit the paper to the front desk to receive the key. There are public baths in the main building (men and women are swapped) and in the wing building, and both are spacious and relaxing. You will need to bring your own towels from your room, and those who bathe frequently will need to use wet towels. Meals were a buffet for both breakfast and dinner. There were many kinds of food, and the sashimi, melon, and soft serve ice cream were delicious. The ingredients are fresh, so it's very delicious when eaten as is, but all the dishes that have been modified taste bad, and some of the dishes seem to have been prepared ready-to-eat. I felt that the food was clearly lacking. Also, since breakfast is only served from 7am to 9am, there were about 100 people in line 10 minutes before opening on Saturday morning. Even after entering the store, there was a long line to get the food, and it felt very inefficient. I wish the check-out time was a little later than 10am. I felt that the hotel was a little disappointing even though it is part of the Tsuruga group.

I used it on a trip with my husband and wife.First, the parking lot. I never expected to be guided by a free shuttle bus. It was raining lightly that day, so I thought it would have been a great help if I could leave my luggage at the entrance before getting on the bus. There were stains on the chaise longue in the room, the rattan chairs were cracked in places, the curtains in the unit bath were moldy, and the drain in the bathroom was red mold...It was disappointing considering the price. The people at the front desk...The buffet of food was so visually pleasing that I couldn't finish it all, and the staff was very helpful.

Accommodation at Wings HallThe room was incredibly clean. It was great to see the scenery too.It was very comfortable until morning. Also, the hot springs are amazing! It's spacious and you can enjoy various things like an attraction. The cave and open-air bath on the first floor were nice.I wanted the glass in the open-air bath on the 8th floor to be clean.I couldn't enjoy the view due to water stains.

There are many types of baths. There is also a bedrock bath available for a fee. It's also a good hotel for saunas as there are plenty of saunas available.

The buffet was so delicious that I ate too much. The public bath was also empty and nice.If you are driving, the parking lot is located far away, but please drive to the front of the hotel first. I dropped off my luggage there, was guided to the parking lot, went to the parking lot, and was taken to the hotel by shuttle bus. They will also take you to the parking lot when you check out.I also wanted to go on a sightseeing boat, so I was very grateful that they let me store my luggage at check-out. I was very impressed with the service I received after checking out, such as being able to take me to the parking lot even after the cruise was over.
