Since I'm traveling with my family, it's nice that there are plenty of beds. However, check-in took a long time because it was done through video calls rather than face-to-face, and towels had to be requested through chat, which was very inconvenient. About the towelWouldn’t it be better to give it to them every day or let them take it themselves?

I personally like this hotel very much. Anyone who has been to Tokyo, Japan should know that hotels in elite areas are not only expensive, but also very small. This hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Ameyoko Town. There are many drugstores, restaurants, and convenience stores, and you can walk to Ueno Station within 7-8 minutes.I did my homework before coming to stay in this hotel. This hotel does not come with toothbrushes, tea bags, or coffee☕️. It is a self-service home. It comes with a microwave, instant pot, and induction cooker. You can buy your own ingredients to start a meal. This is great for you. I rarely cook, so I found it a challenge and quite interesting. Garbage can be collected in the morning and left at the door, and service staff will clear it away. In addition, there are recycling bins in the room to collect plastic and paper. When I first checked in via video chat, the service staff was very friendly. After saying a few words, he gave me a picture with the room number on the top and the room key below which was the password for the room. The doors are all locked with combination codes. The number of sockets 🔌 is also sufficient 😻

Although there is no real person at the counter, you can call the counter to contact the service staff. If you have any questions, they will help solve it. The location is very close to Duoqing House, which is very convenient for shopping. In the end, because my daughter’s mobile phone was left in the room, they They are also very proactive in contacting us with booking information, and they responded quickly when I contacted them via email! I’m really grateful that I finally got my phone back!

Unmanned self-service hotel, video check-in is required... I wonder if there is Chinese service? (Not sure) Checking in is very troublesome. You need to connect remotely with the staff before you can check in.You can also store your luggage first, but unfortunately the space for storing luggage is too small and can't hold much luggage at all. It was really troublesome to put our three large luggage in and move it around! Fortunately, Joe finally made room, but he was also very sweaty! The luggage storage service does not have any tags or anything like that, it all depends on your own conscience? (I saw a monitor inside) I think it would be better to find a way to make the luggage storage space larger, and then the security could be strengthened to avoid disputes if someone accidentally or deliberately takes away the luggage! What if my luggage is taken away? How do I get it back? For this reason alone, I won’t consider staying here again🥲The room is quite large, with a refrigerator, a small kitchen, etc., and a bathroom with separate wet and dry bathrooms, with a large amount of water! There is a kettle but no tea bags, coffee, etc., and no toiletries. Do you need to bring your own or buy them from them? There is a balcony, but there is a sign stating that you cannot go out unless it is an emergency. It's not too far from the subway station and not too far from Ameyoko Town. The location is pretty good, but if you want to take the Keio Electric Railway Skyliner, you have to walk a short distance! The house price is on the expensive side, more than 10,000 yuan per night (two single beds and one double bed). If you stay for several nights in a row, it is not very cost-effective...(Personally, I think Tokyo’s housing prices are very unfriendly for family travel.)Overall, this is an accommodation choice with a good transportation location, if price is not considered.the only thing that is missing1) The air conditioner will make strange noises. It may be leaking or the tightness is not good. It is quite noisy, but if you cannot contact the staff immediately, let it go.2) One night I went back and saw that the door was not closed or locked! Stunning! After contacting the relevant personnel, they didn’t seem to think anything of it. Instead, they reminded us not to make the same mistake! 🤣🤣😑😑😑😑
