-soundproofing is non-existent- there were some drunk men talking so loudly in the corridor that woke me up at 2.30am. i was staying for 3 nights but was just rejected a change of level and room- there is no iron but pants presser- grumpy middle-aged lady receptionist just said: sorry no iron because she doesn't understand english-breakfast is payable not free

Right next to the A4 exit of Ueno Hirokoji Station on the Ginza Line.There was a Lawson on the way to the hotel, so it was a convenient location.

You can arrive in about 5 minutes on foot from JR Okachimachi Station. Ueno-Hirokoji Station and Ueno-Okachimachi Station are also easily accessible. It's about the same distance from Yushima Station, so transportation is very convenient.There is a convenience store diagonally across from the hotel, and you can also go to the historic Ueno Matsuzakaya in about 3 minutes on foot.There are various places to eat in the surrounding area, and you can choose according to your budget and mood.If you go a little further, it is convenient for sightseeing such as Ueno Park and Shinobazu Pond. Ameyoko is also right next door, so you can enjoy a lot of things.In that sense, I think it's a hotel with a good location and cost performance.The area next to the front desk can be used as a breakfast venue and lounge, and has a bright and open feel.In the elevator hall, there is a payment machine (issues a room key), an amenity stand, various pillows, and a room clothes shelf, which you can collect to go up to your room.The elevator is operated with your room key and has good security. Of course, you will have to pass through the front desk, and the entrance door will be secured at night.Single rooms are not large. The bathroom and toilet are also not separate. The toilet is also small. However, I think it's enough if you just stay the night. It is compact and functional, with a small table, kettle set, refrigerator, and wall-mounted TV.The lighting and air conditioner are new, so you can use them comfortably.Breakfast can be eaten next to the front desk on the first floor. There isn't much on the menu, but there's enough for a light meal such as freshly baked bread.There are some restaurants nearby that are open from early morning, so you can choose according to your preference.If it becomes popular, it will become difficult to stay overnight, so I think you will be in trouble.

The location is good and the room is small but the layout is not bad. However, there was a lot of mold and dust in the air conditioner. I wouldn't know if it was hanging on the wall, but it's right above the bed so it's very visible. The air conditioner complaint seems to be still there, but there doesn't seem to be any intention of fixing it.

If you have something to do in Okachimachi, it's in the best location.The bed is comfortable and you can sleep wellYou can sit in a chair, put on your makeup, and there's a TV right in front of you, so it's easy to relax.
