A very nice apartment hotel, we had one of the two large apartments (32m2) on the 10th floor with a balcony and a view of the surrounding area. The apartment is extremely clean, well-kept, adequately equipped with towels and kitchen equipment (e.g. induction cooker and rice cooker). There was even a small handheld vacuum cleaner with a freshly charged battery and a washing machine with detergent in the apartment. Also dishwashing liquid and sponge for the sink and very good shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The beds are large and comfortable, the air conditioning is very powerful. I also liked that no one came to clean the room for the 6 days of our stay, so it felt a bit like home. Also worth mentioning that there is free luggage storage after checkout, very cool!The apartment wasn't cheap, but very good value for money. We'd love to come back.Surroundings: the nearest mini market and a very nice, well-stocked supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. The restaurants in the immediate area close early, so to eat later you have to walk about 700m towards Akihabara Station.

The room is tidy and relatively clean, room space is large enough for more than 4 person. Besides, the mini-kitchen is nice for us to prepare simple cooking. However, it is disappointed that no clean up room service is provided on the second date to remove the rubbish bin, and tidy up the beds. Understand that the hotel positioning is second home, these services may be self-served; but there should be at least some instruction or indication provide to guest how and where to put the rubbish if it is full, or even an option for guest to request such clean up service.

We stayed two (2) nights - and it was a wonderful stay (marking a great welcome to Tokyo)! The room was as advertised for our family of 7. The room was clean, spacious and the hotel was conveniently located next to Asakusa Station (and walking distance to Senso-ji Shrine). Will definitely return again.

We booked on Agoda which didn't really explain what this place is. It's more like an Airbnb than a hotel. The price was massively uplifted with some fee (I assume a cleaning fee). It says there are 3 beds...this is untrue, there are 3 thin Mattresses on a slight platform. Hard for elderly to get down to. The kitchen was excellent. The shower was excellent. The toilet was too small, you hit your knees sitting down! The light in the anti chamber (by the toilet) is automatically sensing movement and the door to the main room has glass in it so the entire room lights up if anyone goes to the toilet in the night. Terrible design. The whole place, while large, has far too much furniture so actually feels cramped! The worst bit though was there are NO STAFF!!!!. None at all. You check in using an app (which asks 3 pages worth of stupid questions and takes ages to type in on a phone) and then you call a person on a screen to get a room number and code. When you have a problem (as we did, trying to turn the lights off) the person on the screen has no clue and can't help. It was awful. We ended up taping tissues to the sensors to stop the lights coming on and waking us up. Good car parking. Good WiFi. But just so stressful to have no help after a long drive. And really annoyed they added about a 30 percent fee to the cost without warning or I would have gone for something cheaper.
