This place sucks, no service. The check in procedure is complicated, you have to do it all by yourself. The room is nasty, they just change the bedsheets and then dont care the rest of it. The facilities shown in airbnb is not even there, wheres my sofa, halo?? The door number lock dont work well. It always took me several time to unlock it. I almost got my luggage locked in my room. They even said they the lock may run out of battery, you have to find them when it happens. Like why dont you just check it on time so that it wont happen on your customer? I feel that the owner just dont give a damn about the customers. There still a lot of problem with this place, but i just dont list them one by one. Anyway, there tones of reason for you to not to live here. If you already booked this place, good luck. I feel bad for you.

Room was quite small with no receptionist, so there was no one to address any issues. Importantly NO wifi and rules were quite strict. Not a good location as very few dining options nearby.

I rate this a 3.5/5 would have rated it a 3 but felt like just doing a 4 due to the value of money aspect, value for money it’s very good, clean bedroom bathroom, hallway, codes are easy, service is good might take u once or twice to get through but they do always pick up or ring back, location can’t really get much better 5 minute walk from one of the biggest temples in Tokyo, just did a 4 as well the view is nothing but overall good stay, one thing to know is no room service, this stay is great for back packers, for people seeking luxury probably would spend the extra bucks to go to a hotel which does free breakfast.

AirBNB at this location is trash. You would have a better sleep on a pile of broken glass.

Overall a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and would come back in future.Positives:Great space room considering most places in Tokyo are very small. The amenities were all there and clean. The bedsheets and the bathroom were all clean and the place was very cosy. Had free Wi-Fi which was good and the location wasn’t as bad as everyone said it was. Although we do like walking so maybe it didn’t affect us too much. Location wise we also were a short walk from the shrine and also a lot of food places which was a bonus! Communication wise they were very quick to message back which was good as we had to ask for the Wi-Fi logins as they do not give it to you in the room nor on the check in instructions.Negatives:The kitchen was minimal however we didn’t cook there so it didn’t affect us. The bed was quite uncomfortable as you could feel one of the slats however it was only a short stay so didn’t mind it. A longer stay at it would have affected our backs a bit more. May not be best for elders. Location wise it is a good walk to the station and the stairs to the rooms are quite steep. Therefore anyone with kids and buggy’s as well as people who cannot walk far and climb stairs, not suitable. Communication wise there were a lot of notes re check in information prior to the stay and after you got to the place. Also a lot of rules you have to follow with extortionate fines allocated to them if not obeyed, therefore be careful with them!
