With just over 90,000 hotels and inns registered in Japan, deciding on which one to visit can be challenging. The fact that Japan is known to be a very clean and safe place makes the decision even more daunting.I found this hotel on google and the vast majority of the reviews were positive. The amenities offered and the beautifully designed interior & exterior decor were very appealing. Additionally, the fact that the hotel officially opened its doors just (10) months ago in December of 2023, made my decision a little easier. There are two restaurants onsite offering an array of delicious and very flavorful food. The hotel is extremely clean and the gym and lounge area offer guests 24 hour access. Refreshment such as bananas, apples, cookies, and a variety of other snack & beverage items are available in the lounge at no charge. The breakfast buffet was a nice size offering several delicious options. However, there was a standard menu should you want a specific dish. There are several other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel offering great tasting food. The rooms are equipped with automatic blackout & sheer window coverings. The toilet seats are heated and the shower is spacious. I managed to get a room with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo Tower. If possible, I’d recommend doing the same, you’ll love it.The hotel staff was very welcoming and eager to assist. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting Tokyo Japan.

Great experience here! staff was very considerate and even had our room early at 6:30 AM when we arrived because we simply requested for the room to be ready earlier! the breakfast buffet was delicious and highly worth trying. they even take the time to cut and peel any fruit you grab from the whole fruit plate while in line. just simply request it! This experience could possibly ruin other nice hotels for me with the attention to detail and top notch service we recieved

The location is convenient to Ginza or Roppongi, and is suitable for tourists who like food tours. The bathroom was quite easy to use and the bed was a bit low.

We came mostly for business and so the hotel was appropriate for that. The rooms are tiny and don’t even have a bathtub for several hundred dollars a night which was disappointing. They have an expansive lounge where you can get complimentary drinks that we used a lot in the mornings for coffee as room service is not available in the hotel. The gym is very stylish but definitely not for anyone looking to get a proper workout. A major upside is the direct connection to the grey train line which takes you to GINZA
