It's about a 6-minute walk from Okachimachi station, the place is easy to find, although there is no room is not very big, but inside the kitchen utensils are basically there, the fridge microwave is there, and the shower has a cold and warm room setting, and the toilet has a smart switch, this place is also very close to Akihabara station, and on the other side of the nearest is the Ueno station, it's just that there's no lift but in advance said that there will be a staff member who will help to carry the luggage.

1. The bed is shaky. Although it will not collapse, the upper and lower bunks will shake if someone moves, affecting sleep.2. The narrow stairs are not conducive to moving luggage, and there is no elevator, so it is really difficult to move large luggage to the 4th floor.3. There is no place to hang clothes or shelves to place items in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient.4. It is some distance from the station, which is very inconvenient for people who travel with a lot of luggage.

Same story as the other two comments. It was poorly washed, there was a turd in the toilet which means they didn't even open the toilet door to check, an empty bottle was lying around, the carpets were disgusting. The manager threatened us on the phone, called us crazy and said it was our problem. Unacceptable really, I've never seen that. The minimum when customers complain is to listen to them and take note, not insult them. I strongly advise against it.
