A family of four stayed here and it was great because the bedding was as clean as a luxury hotel and the room and refrigerator were large. It is a new building, stylish and meticulously designed, so I had a happy 3 nights and 4 days. It was easy to go to Sensoji, Akihabara, Shinjuku, and Ginza, and there were several supermarkets nearby, so it was convenient. I will come back to Ikoi Hotel on my next trip~♡

Our experience was wonderful in this little hotel.📍The location is a bit further from the main city areas(30-40min by train) but its less than 20min walk to SensoJi temple. We really like it because its quiet, super safe and local.🏨The room was very spacious, plenty of space, few places to sit down. Very clean. The view is lovely to Tokyo city. We came very early, left the luggages in the reception, got change(there is a bathroom in reception) and left, when we came back, we found everything how we left.🛏️The bed is not double but comfy.🧼The bathroom was with all the staff such as towels, shower gel, shampoo and etc. Its clean and new.Good experience👌🏽

Its the worst hotel ever. Room is very tiny. if two carrier is placed, no space to walk. It is far from any stations. You can not expect any service in here. towel is also not provided everyday. When you come back to room late after tour, you need to take a shower without towel seriously.

The room is quite large, with good lighting. It is a little far away from the subway, but it is acceptable. The elevator is also very large. Two people and four suitcases do not need to be separated in two trips. There are supermarkets, laundromats, and public baths nearby. Although there is no bathtub, I will visit again if I have the chance~All suitcases in the room can be fully unfolded! TV available for YouTube & NetflixThe sound insulation is good. I didn't hear any noise from other rooms. Unfortunately, I could hear the footsteps upstairs, but it was acceptable.I didn't ask how to dispose of the garbage, so it was left in the room for the entire stay (6 nights). However, there were multiple garbage bags attached, so it could be tied up and there was no smell.
